Research On Ideological And Political Education From The Perspective Of Happiness

Ideological and political education,as a subject of value orientation,has played an important role in socialist modernization.However,in recent years,due to various complex reasons,educators have to face the situation of low efficiency in the process of ideological and political education.There are many reasons for this situation,one of the important reasons is the wrong cognition of ideological and political education.Influenced by the previous society-oriented educational model,some people think that ideological and political education is only a tool for political preaching,and they do not realize its close relationship with their own happiness,so that in the role of resistance,they can not feel happiness in the process of education.It is in this realistic context that in recent years the ideological and political education process also more and more emphasis on people-oriented and strengthen humanistic care.As early as 2003,president Hu Jintao pointed out in the meeting that "ideological and political work is the work of people,and people-oriented must be adhered to.It is necessary to educate people,guide people,inspire people,motivate people,and to respect people,understand people,care people and help people." The idea of happiness ideological and political education mentioned in this paper is the expansion and extension of humanistic care.What we need to realize is that ideological and political education is actually closely related to the realization of happiness.From the perspective of what should be,ideological and political education is a knowledge that makes people happy,which is embodied in the realization of the happiness and happiness of the educated not only in the present educational process,but also in the process of education.In the long-term,we should realize the life-long-life happiness of the educatee.However,from the perspective of reality,ideological and political education obviously failed to achieve the desired results.In order to effectively solve the contradiction between the reality and ought to be of ideological and political education,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the subject of ideological and political education from the perspective of happiness.The subject of ideological and political education in the perspective of happiness is analyzed according to the following ideas:firstly,happiness is the eternal pursuit of human beings,the ultimate goal of educational activities is to realize human happiness,the ideological and political education activities under the leadership of the Party aim at realizing the happiness of the people,the purpose,function,content and the relationship between the content and happiness of ideological and political education are analyzed to analyze the reason why the ideological and political education should pay attention to happiness,to provide an intrinsic basis for their concern for happiness.Secondly,it analyzes the significance of paying attention to happiness in ideological and political education to educators,educatees,subject development of ideological and political education and educational effect,and expounds the importance of paying attention to happiness.The problems of ideological and political education in the perspective of happiness are analyzed again,including:the lack of the concept of happiness ideological and political education,the decline of career happiness of educators,The educateeundefineds happiness experience is insufficient in the process of education and ideological and political education is difficult to realize the educateeundefineds lifetime happiness.And examine the causes of the problem from the aspects of educational purpose,content,method,evaluation mechanism and the quality of the educator,etc.Finally,aiming at the problems and their causes,this paper discusses the measures that should be taken in the ideological and political education from the perspective of happiness,and mainly discusses the educational purpose,content,methods and evaluation mechanism,as well as the construction of the team,and so on,to ensure that ideological and political education can eventually become a truly happy school.
