Mathematics is an important subject of foundation education,but our country minority mathematics education in mathematics language transformation,life custom,national resources in mathematics,mathematical way of thinking and value orientation of mathematics study culture differences,such as obstruction of their mathematics learning.The four prefectures in south Xinjiang(i.e.,the Hetan area,the Kashgar region,the Kizilsu prefecture and Aksu prefecture),are located in the south of Xinjiang,in the rural areas,and is a minority minority accumulation district of the uygur autonomous region,which is part of the "three districts" of the "three districts" of education,and the economic development lags behind,the education foundation is weak,and the mathematics education level of the students is not good.In 2016 the ministry of education national education development center and bilingual education in Xinjiang uygur autonomous region the combination of the mass quality monitoring and evaluation center elementary school sixth grade minority students in Xinjiang bilingual education quality monitoring,extraction of southern Xinjiang four after the 469 class a total of 13639 students,this article through to the sample of students involved in the overall analysis of text topic,southern Xinjiang region grade six students mathematical word problem solving many obstacles exist,students' ability to solve problems are still lacking.Therefore,based on the southern Xinjiang region,this paper focuses on the problem solving ability of sixth-grade students in the four prefecture-levelregions of southern Xinjiang.By stratified sampling and random sampling wayof combining extraction in 2016 in Xinjiang bilingual education quality monitoring(elementary,school)southern Xinjiang 504 sixth graders math test,on the basis of the reading of vast amount of literature,the formulation is:suitable for this study ability framework,and under the framework to each student's text question answering question situation to the level of processing;Then,SPSS and other tools were used to carry out the significance test and descriptive statistics.In this paper,the method of literature,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are used to analyze the results.Based on a large number of literatures and quantitative qualitative analysis of data information,this paper summarizes the current situation and influencing factors of mathematical problem solving ability of sixth-grade students in southern Xinjiang.The problem solving ability of minority students in southern Xinjiang is at a low level,and there are differences between men and women and obvious differences between urban and rural areas.Through the analysis of the students' response,it is found that the biggest problem of the minority students' learning mathematics is the language barrier,the recognition and understanding of language,the transformation of language and the structural obstacles.Reading the obstacle,can not very well differentiate the mathematics scene in the dry.Therefore,this paper gives some reasonable Suggestions.First,we should increase education investment and education resource development in minority areas,especially in rural areas.Secondly,it cultivates students' interest in mathematics learning and develops the spirit of learning music.In addition,students should be guided to learn Chinese in ordinary teaching,so as to enable students to switch between bilingual skills.Finally,enrich the curriculum resources for bilingual teaching,improve the teaching environment of bilingual teaching,and increase systematic training for professional teachers.
