With the development of society and economy in our country,education fairness has gradually become an academic research and a hot topic among the public.The <Outline of the national medium and long term education reform and development plan(2010-2020)> says that it will promote education equity as a working policy.The compulsory education is an important foundation of education in China,which affects the development of the country and the rejuvenation of the nation to some extent,and it is also an important strategy for the national development of fair education.The full realization of the compulsory education has made education of China a stage achievement.However,the differences in education resource allocation make education resource supply and demand more and more serious,which seriously hinders the improvement of education level and the balanced development of the balanced development of education.To promote the balanced development of compulsory education,first of all,we should understand the current situation of compulsory education equilibrium,which is an important prerequisite for the construction of high quality compulsory education.Teacher resources are an important part of education resources,and the quality of teacher resources is an important factor to guarantee the development of education.Teacher balance allocation is an important way to achieve balance development of education.At present,due to the constraints of economic development level and other factors,the imbalance of teacher resource allocation has hindered the development of education in China.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the teacher allocation education.This paper aims to investigate the equilibrium situation of the teacher allocation of compulsory education in Chengdu city,analyze relevant data,find out the problems and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,data analysis and statistical analysis.First of all,it describes the background of the allocation of the resources of education teachers,the relevant research achievements at home and abroad,the purpose and significance of the research,and the basic education policy.This paper discusses the important relationship between balanced development and education fair time,education investment and human capital.The relevant data were collected according to the three indicators of the investment,the number of teachers and the quality of teachers.With the help of SPSS software analysis education expenses,embrace of public expenses,born teacher ratio,intermediate and above titles the proportions of the teachers and backbone teachers of six secondary indexes such as the Gini coefficient,coefficient of variance and standard deviation coefficient to illustrate the equilibrium condition of configuration of Chengdu.Thus,it can be concluded that there are difference between the various indexes in Chengdu City,so as to illustrate the balanced status of the teachers allocation in Chengdu compulsory education.This paper analyzes the results of the data analysis and analyzes the causes of the results from the three primary indexes respectively,and takes measures to improve the investment,the number of teacher and the quality of teachers.Finally,according to the analysis results,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the teachers allocation in Chengdu compulsory education: First,increase education capital input and improve the education supporting facilities;Second,optimize the flow mechanism of teachers and improve the dynamic management plan;Third,standardize teachers’ professional ethics and improve the quality of teachers;Fourthly,improve the teacher guarantee system and establish special compensation mechanism.
