Objective:Breast cancer is a malignant tumor which seriously threatens the health and life of women. With the continuous improvement of diagnosis and treatment level, the survival rate of patients is greatly improved.Breast cancer itself and various treatments can cause many kinds of physical and mental dysfunction and affect the quality of life.Such as chest wall and breast tissue defects, arm lymphedema and nerve injury, muscle and bone atrophy caused by castration. Many reports indicate that the risk of falls is significantly higher in breast cancer patients than in those without cancer. The causes of falls may be related to medication, complications, fatigue, mental depression and even nutrition. The existence of a variety of problems caused by disease and treatment can affect the vestibular function, sensory function, and motor function of the patient so that the patient's balance function decreases, the fall probability rises, and may lead to fracture, brain injury and even death. Therefore, actively paying attention to and solving the problem of breast cancer related balance disorders is conducive to improving the health and quality of life of patients.Taijiquan is a traditional fitness project in China, which is loved by the majority of the elderly.Taijiquan advocates the combination of breathing with the body and breathing with body movement to achieve a balance between essence, spirit and spirit.A large number of studies have proved that shadowboxing improves the balance function of the elderly, stroke patients and Parkinson patients. As a way of rehabilitation and fitness, the action characteristics of Taijiquan are slow and continuous, the amplitude from small to large, the movement has more center of gravity transfer, accompanied by the gradual expansion of the knee joint, which stimulates the receptor located in the joints and muscles, can enhance sensory feedback stimulation, and is conducive to maintaining the stability of the body posture.Of.At present,a large number of studies have reported the positive role of Taijiquan in cancer rehabilitation. Many of these studies have shown that Taijiquan can significantly improve the upper limb function, cardiopulmonary function, endocrinefunction and quality of life of patients with breast cancer. But there are few reports on whether Taijiquan can improve the balance function of patients. Therefore,it is worthwhile to further study whether Tai Chi can be popularized as an intervention training mode to improve the balance function of breast cancer patients and reduce the risk of falls. The hypothesis is that Tai Chi exercise has a positive effect on breast cancer related balance disorders. The purpose of this experiment is to observe the rehabilitation effect of 12 type Taijiquan intervention on breast cancer related balance disorder,so as to provide the basis for finding a safe, effective, easy to learn and easy to fall prevention intervention program for this type of patients.Research methods:1.Recruited 40 patients aged 40 to 70 years old for 6 months or more of total breast cancer surgery. The whole course of radiotherapy and / or chemotherapy had been completed, and the stable breast cancer patients were treated as the subjects in the breast cancer group.20 middle-aged and elderly women who were not diagnosed with cancer at the same age were recruited as the healthy subjects. There was no significant difference in the static and dynamic balance between the two groups.2.A total of 30 participants in 40 breast cancer subjects were randomly divided into two groups, with 15 people in each group. The experimental group received Taijiquan intervention, while the control group received walking training intervention. After 12 weeks of training, the two groups performed balance function, bone density, lower limb reaction time, vestibule function and lower limb isokinetic muscle strength test, and analyzed the effect of Taijiquan intervention on the balance function of the patients.Experimental results:1.The body swinging area of open eye open eye balance test and vestibular function test in the breast cancer group was significantly higher than that of the healthy women in the same age group(p<0.05),and the BBS score was significantly increased(p<0.01).It shows that the balance function of female patients after breast cancer issignificantly lower and the risk of falling is higher.2.24 Style Taijiquan exercise for 12 weeks can significantly improve the Berg balance scale score(p<0.01)of patients after breast cancer surgery, significantly reduce the body swing area of eyes open and closed eyes, improve the body sensation of the ankle, the ability of lower limb reaction and the muscle strength of the lower extremity(p<0.05).3.Compared to walking training,Taijiquan training can significantly improve the dynamic and static balance, reaction ability, muscle strength of the lower extremities and the noumenon sensation of the ankle,But there was no significant improvement in bone mineral density and vestibular function.Conclusion:1.There is a more serious balance dysfunction and higher risk of falls among middle-aged and elderly women after breast cancer surgery.2.24 Simplified Taijiquan exercise intervention can increase the muscle strength of the lower extremities of the elderly women after breast cancer surgery, improve the speed of lower extremity reaction, enhance the function of proprioception, improve the balance of the patients and reduce the risk of falling.
