| From the beginning of this century,dragon boats in colleges and universities entered a period of rapid development.Tianjin Sports Institute is also a member of the dragon boat family.Tianjin Sports University,as an early college for the development of dragon boat sports,has made outstanding contributions to the promotion of "entering colleges" and "southern boat to the north" of the dragon boat sport,but due to management and other reasons,it forced the dragon boat movement to stagnate in the later period.On the stage of the Dragon Boat Race,the Tianjin Sports Institute has not been seen.November 2017 was a memorable day for the Tianjin Sports Institute and completed the relocation of the new campus.New Campus,a New Starting Point Can Tianjin Sports University continue to inherit and carry forward the dragon boat traditional sports project.What difficulties will it face in the process of development? What kind of countermeasures should be taken for these difficult issues will be the focus of this thesis.Based on the methods of literature,interviews,questionnaires and other analysis methods,this thesis firstly investigates and analyzes the dragon boat sports in our country.Based on the actual situation of the new campus of Tianjin Sports Institute,the internal and external factors of the Dragon Boat Sports carried out by Tianjin Sports Institute are listed.Then use SWOT to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment,the opportunities and threats of the external environment for the Dragon Boat Sports of the new campus of Tianjin Sports Institute.It is concluded that the internal problems encountered in the development of the dragon boat sport in the new campus of Tianjin Sports Institute include: insufficient attention from school leaders;insufficient hardware facilities for training dragon boat sports;conflicts between training and competitions for college dragon boat athletes and other courses;students' competition for dragon boat sports It is difficult to break the restrictions between different departments of the school;the existing school policy is not conducive to the introduction of talents for water projects.External issues: the development of dragon boat resources in colleges and universities;facing the problems of the traditional dragon boats gradually declining;traditional dragon boat races appear unlawful and uncivilized;college dragon boats have not been able to form scale,there is a waste of resources;dragon boat rules need to be perfect;lack of complete dragon boat personnel training system.In response to possible problems in the development of dragon boat sports on the new campus of Tianjin Sports Institute,the internal countermeasures of the new campus of Tianjin Sports Institute were studied: by participating in large-scale competitions,the attention of school leaders was aroused;cooperation with enterprises to improve hardware equipment;the Dragon Boat Team took the professional direction of competition Development;promotion of dragon boat sports to enhance students' awareness of dragon boat sports;break the limitations between different departments of the school;properly expand and adjust the scope,number and proportion of water project recruitment;take the initiative to seek cooperation with universities to achieve win-win and make full use of existing resources,with small The dragon boat is a breakthrough;the development of the women's dragon boat takes the lead;the development concept of “trinity” is adopted.Conducted external countermeasure research on possible problems encountered in the development of dragon boat sports on the new campus of the Tianjin Sports Institute: The government took the lead in promoting the development of the dragon boat in colleges and universities;promoted the popular dragon boat sports,insisted on the development of competitive dragon boats and traditional dragon boat races;and strengthened the traditions of the southern region The management of dragon boat races;the construction of water project training bases;the improvement of dragon boat sports competition rules,the promotion of unified recruitment of college dragon boat development;the establishment of dragon boat talent training system.This will provide the necessary theoretical basis for the future development of dragon boat sports in the new campus of Tianjin Sports Institute. |
