| At present,the dragon boat movement presents the trend of diversification and internationalization.In the past,the traditional activities to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival have gradually developed into competitive sports in various forms and swept the world.The internationalization of dragon boat movement not only develops the traditional culture of the Chinese nation,but also adds new opportunities to the development mode of Chinese dragon boat movement.The coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Dragon Boat Sports will not only enrich the development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei sports industry,but also promote the spread of traditional Chinese culture.This paper takes the coordinated development strategy of Beijing Tianjin Hebei dragon boat movement as the research object,and studies the current situation of the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei dragon boat movement through the methods of literature,expert interview,comparative analysis and questionnaire survey,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.This paper studies the current situation of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Dragon Boat Sports,mainly from the development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Dragon Boat sports events,the status of participants,the status of funding,training and coaches.To study the coordinated basis and constraints of the development of dragon boat movement in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei have rich experience in dragon boat race,and Tianjin has built a mature Dragon Boat brand competition.(2)Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei have a wide range of cultural media,and mainly network media.(3)The development of the dragon boat movement in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is supported by the government,and the release of relevant documents and the holding of the conference are reflected.(4)Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei have the water conditions to hold the dragon boat movement.5.The organization and management structure of the coordinated development of the dragon boat movement in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is not perfect,and the organization and management structure of the dragon boat movement in the three places are different.(6)The mass base of dragon boat movement is deficient and the degree of socialization is low.(7)The distribution of sports industry resources in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is unbalanced,and the gap is large.(8)There is a lack of funds for the coordinated development of dragon boat movement in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.(9)The participants of Beijing Tianjin Hebei dragon boat movement have less time to contact the dragon boat movement and lack of professional talents about the dragon boat movement.(10)The participants of dragon boat movement are utilitarian in motivation and lack of spiritual and cultural identity of dragon boat movement.In view of the problems existing in the coordinated development of the dragon boat movement in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)to build the organizational and management structure of the coordinated development of the dragon boat movement in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and form a unified organizational and management mode of the dragon boat movement in three places.(2)We will vigorously popularize the dragon boat movement and strengthen its socialization.(3)Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei make full use of the advantages of local economic resources to realize the industrialization and diversified development of dragon boat movement.(4)Expand the financing channels of Beijing Tianjin Hebei dragon boat sport,and build a brand event of Beijing Tianjin Hebei dragon boat sport.(5)We should cultivate talents related to the dragon boat movement in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and realize the sharing of talents among the three regions.(6)We will strengthen the people's spiritual and cultural identity in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,so that the spirit and culture of the dragon boat movement will be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. |
