Education is a systematic project.The overall development of the students can not be separated from the cooperation of the family,the school and the society,especially the cooperation between the family and the schools.Under the background of current educational reform,family-school cooperation has become a hot topic among researchers.The physical and mental development of primary school students is not mature.The education of families and schools in this period has a vital role to guide the all-round development of primary school students.Therefore,it is very necessary to cooperate with home and school in primary school.The family and school form a joint force of education,which makes 1+1>2 promote the all-round development of primary school students,and also promote the reform and development of education.This article combs the domestic and foreign literature on family-school cooperation and defines the related concepts.The theoretical basis of the study including Idghpagh Theory,The Theory of Overlapping Spheres of Influence and The Theory of Participatory Form of Management.Through the methods of questionnaire and interview,current situation of family-school cooperation in primary school in H City of Anhui Province is investigated and analyzed.Then it is found that currently,there exist problems like role positioning ambiguity of both parties between home and school,and lacking in cooperative consensus in the cognition of concept of family-school cooperation in primary school stage.In practice,the contents of family-school cooperation are limited,easy to be formalized and not deep enough as well.In the effect evaluation,there also exist many problems,including lacking in specialized system guarantee and evaluation feedback mechanism.Meanwhile,this paper also analyzes the causes of such problems from both the subjective and objective angles,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:(1)Strengthen the common understanding of cooperation.For the family-school cooperation,roles positioning between home and school should be defined and the concept of cooperation should be updated;(2)The cooperation environment should be optimized to enhance the cooperative ability.Meanwhile,the training for teachers and parents should be strengthened;(3)The effectiveness tracking should be strengthened.For the family-school cooperation,the construction of tracking feedback mechanism and effectiveness evaluation mechanism should be improved.
