Home-school cooperation is a familiar term for every educator,parent and society.Home-school cooperation is an activity initiated by the school with teachers and parents working together to promote the all-round development of students.Parental involvement in children’s schooling is strongly encouraged,whether based on traditional culture or reality.Since parents are the main participants of home-school cooperation,their degree of participation is directly related to the implementation effect of homeschool cooperation.With the wide application of new media technology in schools,We Chat technology is mostly used as a communication tool for home-school cooperation to release various cooperative contents.Since the outbreak of COVID-19 at the end of 2019,face-to-face communication between parents and teachers has been almost zero,and home-school cooperation based on We Chat has become the norm.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the status quo and influencing factors of parental participation in home-school cooperation based on We Chat in the post-epidemic era,to solve practical problems existing in home-school cooperation in the special period,and to promote effective parental participation.This research focus on X Y school class is a strongly advocate parent-school cooperative teachers,parents actively participate in class,mainly through to the workshop We Chat group classification of information collection to collect research materials,find your parents to participate in parent-school cooperative behaviors in many fields,mainly participation,participation in school and at home in the community participation.With parents,teachers and students as the interview subjects,this paper sorted out home-school cooperation activities of the class since the outbreak of COVID-19,supplemented by other types of wechat groups in the class and one-to-one communication between parents and teachers as sources of research data.The present situation and influencing factors of parents’ participation in home-school cooperation are explored and analyzed by means of interview.The results show that parents’ understanding of home-school cooperation mainly comes from wechat notification group.Parents have a strong sense of participation and attach great importance to home-school cooperation.However,due to the influence of various factors,their participation behaviors mainly focus on the narrow aspects such as supporting children’s study at home,and there are few opportunities to participate in school and community activities.It is found in the interview that parents’ supporting behavior in children’s education is mainly determined by parents’ educational concept and vision.And in the process of support,parents need to overcome the influence of various factors,which can be divided into internal factors and external factors.Parents’ own factors are internal factors,such as parents’ past experience,etc.The other is parents’ own limitations(parents’ educational concept and vision,parents’ cognition of their role at home and school,educational ability,parents’ ability to communicate with teachers,etc.).Other family members can not help isolation,etc.The external influencing factors include traditional culture,current educational system and educational policy change,etc.School factors include admission selection standards and school’s emphasis on home-school cooperation.School plays a leading role in home-school cooperation,leading and influencing parents’ participation,and whether home-school cooperation activities are suitable for students to complete independently.The individual factors of students lie in the changes of development stage and grade level,which also affect parents’ participation behavior.Home-school communication tools as influencing factors are as follows: parents and teachers communicate mainly through wechat,and new media technology has disadvantages,such as rapid communication brings psychological pressure;Virtualization leads to poor emotional communication;Wechat has strong functions in one-way information transmission and instrumental communication,but it lacks the feedback function of two-way communication.Questions can be raised,but whether parents can be urged to take actions to solve problems and the effect is not timely feedback.In view of the above problems,this study puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions for schools,teachers and parents.First of all,the country should vigorously promote the education evaluation system to take root.Secondly,schools should popularize the basic concept,practice,daily operation and various groups of people involved in the operation of schools to parents.Schools should design cooperative projects that students are willing to participate in and participate in,so that parents are motivated to participate;Era in the outbreak,the promptness of school depends on new media technology,convenience,cannot ignore the short board,should strengthen two-way communication,the traditional way of two-way communication with the method of combining the new media technology,such as "cloud home visits in the form of video" two-way communication,at the same time for communication feedback and improvement Suggestions such as to form a pattern,in order to guarantee the parent-school communication effect,Promote the enthusiasm of parents to participate in the home-school cooperation with emotion and warmth.Parents should actively learn educational knowledge,change the traditional concept,take the initiative to report to teachers the difficulties in participating in children’s education at home,and timely feedback to teachers the results of practice.Last chapter to reflect,in the whole process,parent-school cooperative school and the teacher is the sponsor of the project cooperation,students become test whether project goal implementation,and test whether cooperation practice effective principals,parents is parent-school cooperative participants,how to get parent-school cooperative parties satisfaction is very important,so explore idealized parent-school cooperative is particularly urgent.Caring and understanding,as a flexible force,can play a great role in establishing a good relationship between parents and children,teachers and students,and between parents and schools.
