With the continuous development of science and technology,new knowledge,new ideas,new technology emerge endlessly.Information technology plays a more and more importantrole in the subject teaching occupies.As a special method of information technology applied in the teaching,with its characteristics of short and high quality,Micro lecture enters into everyone's vision gradually,bringing new thinking and angle to promote the discipline teaching and individualized learning training.The purpose of this paper is to use micro lecture building related patterns,in order to solve the problems existing in the personalized learning for primary school mathematics.This article first analyzes situation and existing problems of the elementary school mathematics personalized learning through field investigation;Then design the personalized learning model of the elementary school mathematics based on micro lecture: supported by education theory,based on field survey data,through the model building,repeated adjustment way to build the elementary school mathematics personalized learning model based on micro lecture;Finally carry on the case design,that is to make the personalized learning model into practice,and analyze results with the designed model for evaluation and adjustment.Through the present situation investigation,pattern design,case implementation process,this paper makes the following conclusionsahis paper researches the personalized learning model based on micro lecture of elementary school mathematics mainly from the personalized learning ability and individualized learning support researches on the two angles,mainly includes the following patterns: In the consciousness of informatization and personalized level of students and teachers this pattern have obtained a good effect.The role of the teacher in the student personal learning should not be ignored,and the solution of the key problems or key step guide can significantly enhance the efficiency of the learning;The content of micro lecture needs to be comprehensive and refining,provides students with good personalized choices,and must adapts to the students' thinking development.
