With the rapid development of information technology and the popularity of new equipment,new technologies are gradually infiltrating modern education.Education is becoming more and more important to human beings.The traditional way of learning has been unable to meet the needs of people.With the arrival of the era of micro,micro-lectures are getting more and more attention.Simultaneously,the new mathematics curriculum standard puts forward to integrate information technology into mathematics education,providing a new way of learning,stimulating students' interest in learning mathematics.But,due to the lack of traditional mathematics education such as boring,tasteless,stiff,resulting in the students not interested in Mathematics.Based on this background,this paper proposes a key question is that hope to design a Mathematics micro-lecture based on ARCS motivation model to promote the motivation of learning Mathematics.To solve this problem,The article will present the result of domestic and international studies of ARCS Model of Motivational Design and Micro-Lecture.Then the paper determines theories such as the "Hybrid Teaching Theory",and the "cognitive load theory".Then,This paper summarizes the content characteristics,production methods,technical design methods,language characteristics and structure composition of mathematical micro-lessons on onion mathematical platform,Three excellent mathematical micro-lesson works are selected as examples to analyze,and the effective strategies of making mathematical micro-lesson are obtained,and the design mode of mathematical micro-lesson based on ARCS motivation mode is proposed.Based on Middle and Elementary students' developmental characteristics and cognitive skills,the educators will integrate the four steps of ARCS Model of Motivational Design into Math Micro-Lectures and teaching by using the current education technique as a tool.The data of real case study will help to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of the ARCS Model of Motivational Design in Middle and Elementary Math classes.This analysis will help to modify and improve the utilization of Micro-Lectures in math classes,Finally,through the analysis and study of teaching practice,which Mathematics micro-course based on ARCS motivation model can improve students' motivation to learn mathematics,the feasibility and validity of applying ARCS motivation-based micro-lessons to middle school mathematics classroom teaching are confirmed.Based on the evaluation results,the corresponding summary and improvement are made.After three rounds of iteration and improvement,the author tries to explore a more applicable and effective new way for middle school mathematics teaching.This article is based on the case study of Micro-Lecture class of “Rich graphics world”?“Basic plane figure”from grade one of junior high school to research on three rounds of Micro-Course teaching.The case study integrated Micro-lecture and ARCS model of motivational design in every step of the learning process.It was found fully compatible and has shown to motivate and it can further improve students' mathematics achievement and motivation,thus providing directions for this new technique,and hope more educators can validate and perfect this new method of learning.
