Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Women's Entrepreneurship In Daxing Town, Suyu District

At its 19th National Congress,the Communist Party of China(CPC)mapped out the decisions and plans of rural revitalization strategy,and put forward the general requirements of"develop rural industries,improve rural environment,enhance rural governance and improve people's lives".This is a new strategy made by the Party Central Committee in handling the work of agriculture,countryside and farmers in the new era,and also a requirement for us to better deal with issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers.It has been proved that women in rural areas play an indispensable role in the development of work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers,female entrepreneurship in rural areas has become a matter of immediate significance that features the times characteristics and practical significance.However,it remains a long term task when referring to cultivating and spreading rural female entrepreneurs,stimulating female business enthusiasm and releasing female entrepreneurship potential to promote female business startups and innovation.With a case study on Daxing Township of Suyu District in Suqian City,Jiangsu Province,this paper researches the rural female entrepreneurs for the rural female entrepreneurship concept,entrepreneurship background and meaning,getting to know the basic conditions,features,types,achievement of rural female entrepreneurship,deeply analyzing the issues such as the lack of entrepreneurship involvement,weak comprehensive entrepreneurship strength and inferior business scale,digging the causes of the issues and providing the countermeasures to boost nationwide business startups and innovation,establish rural female entrepreneurship platform,strengthen business startups training for women in rural areas and put in place the entrepreneurship policies for rural women.It is hoped that this paper can pave a scientific and reasonable path for female business startups in rural areas,helping and leading rural women to participate in business innovation as part of the effort to build a strong and thriving Suqian and promote the implementation of "rural revitalization strategy".
