A Study On The Entrepreneurship Of Rural Empty Women In Rural Areas

With the continuous development of China's economy,people's quality of life and the level of continuous improvement,the aging of the population has become a prominent problem in society.Most of the children subject to live away from parents,family size,empty nest has become a social trend.Now the empty nest trend is increasing,the empty nest family problems are also increasingly serious,Empty Nester become the concern of the community.In the rapid economic development of the city area,the rapid pace of life,Empty Nester can be obtained from the government and community care,meeting with children more time,family care is relatively easy.In the development of relatively backward rural areas,young rural migrant workers are not long-term capital,accompanied by their parents,rural Empty Nester lack of meticulous care,many rural Empty Nester problems in life care,economic support and spiritual comfort.But according to the existing research,at present,no matter in theory or in reality,we are more concerned about the study of rural Empty Nester economic support and life care,spiritual comfort and on rural Empty Nester problem has not attracted enough attention.Therefore,the study of this article is the solace of rural Empty Nester,the Empty Nester rural village R of Jiangsu Province as a case study,through the analysis in the village field investigation and analysis,find out the common problems existing in the rural Empty Nester spirit,and then select the representative case for Empty Nester Lord,with the case of the main in-depth interviews,for example,to study the influences of rural Empty Nester spiritual comfort,through the method of social work intervention,help clients out of the woods,looking for ways to get spiritual comfort.This research mainly uses the literature method,the participant observation method and the case work method,through the six case service,provides the support from the different angle for the case owner,and the case master together solves the question countermeasure.At the same time,it evaluates the effect of the case and evaluates the deficiencies of the workers in this case.
