The Study Of The Policy Supply For Rural Women's Enterpreneurship In Poverty Areas

Poverty is a worldwide problem.In China,the poverty problem in rural areas is still an important restrictive factor hindering the realization of the goal of building a well-off society.At present,we have enter the final stage of poverty decisive,the accurate poverty alleviation work emphasized that we have to enhanced the ability of the rural poor to lift themselves out of poverty fundamentally,arouse the endogenous factors of long-term development in rural areas,establish a long-term mechanism for poverty alleviation in those poverty areas,and prevent the frequent return of poverty.On the other hand,the women's entrepreneurship boom has received attention for a time.However,rural women's entrepreneurial activities have not received sufficient attention in creating social wealth and increasing employment,and lack of policy guarantees.The difficulties faced by rural women in their entrepreneurial activities still exist,and the lack of policy provision has also stopped them to become more effective.Underestimate the power of women's entrepreneurship,it will cannot play a due role in regional poverty alleviation and development.This paper takes the rural women in Huanjiang Maonan Autonomous County(hereinafter referred to as Huanjiang County)as research target.Huanjiang County is the first batch of minority national autonomous counties in poverty-stricken counties at the national level,and also is the only Maonan Autonomous County in China.This paper will focus on women's entrepreneurial behavior,and using principles and methods such as Gender theory,poverty alleviation governance theory and supply-side theory.This article collects field data and information about rural women's entrepreneurial activities in Huanjiang County,and summarizes existing difficulties by analyzing and collating relevant data.From these actual conditions and needs,explore the supply of policies for women's entrepreneurship in rural poverty areas is the most important purpose of this paper.As rural women's entrepreneurship startup or run with limited costs,low levels of entrepreneurship,and difficulties in lending,this article exploratively calls for strengthen and improve the external infrastructure and economic environment for rural women's entrepreneurship,increase rural women's entrepreneurial ability,and integrate women into the planning of regional industry development in the current supply-side reform boom.Besides provide rural women in poverty-stricken areas with a sound supply of fiscal,financial,and other policies,creates good subjective and objective conditions for rural women to start businesses is necessary,it will help women play an active role in poverty alleviation and governance.
