Listening in teaching is a process in which teachers give feedback to young children by means of theoretical and professional thinking and analysis after receiving the information of children's speech.Listening is the foundation of education,and education is the vision of listening.By listening,teachers and young children meet and know each others' spirits,identify and understanding,carry forward the truth,goodness and beauty of education,and finally realize the significance and value of the subject of life together.On the basis of clarifying the significance and value of preschool teachers' listening,this study innovates preschool teachers' listening cognition.With the background of teachers' true listening status in preschool activities,this paper combines listener and listening object as a new research perspective to truly understand the current situation of preschool teachers' listening.We will infiltrate excellent teachers' listening ideas and wisdom into the concrete practice of preschool activities,provide supportive suggestions for teachers to listen reasonably to young children,and promote teachers and young children to grow together and develop harmoniously in a good listening environment.To make the teaching of early childhood education to the true meaning.This study carries on the practice investigation for three months in preschool,adopts the literature research method,the participation observation method,the unstructured interview method and the case analysis method,intuitively and scientifically presents the teacher's real listening behavior in the concrete teaching practice.Through the omnidirectional observation of the small class teachers and young children in the preschool activities,on the basis of the existing literature and theoretical research,combined with unstructured interview method and case analysis method,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the behavior of small class teachers and young children in the process of listening,analyzes the problems existing in the process of listening to preschool teachers and causes them,and finally puts forward some suggestions for preschool teachers to listen reasonably.The results found that teachers' listening behavior in preschool activities can be divided into rejection listening,fake listening,selective listening,symbolic listeningand empathy listening.At the same time,children also show different reactions to teachers' different listening behaviors,such as silence,bewilderment,listlessness,blankness and enthusiasm.Based on the theories of pedagogy,psychology,philosophy and other related disciplines,combined with the actual educational and teaching situation in preschool,it is found that the lack of listening consciousness of kindergarten teachers under the control of "cultural arbitrariness";Under the lack of "professional accomplishment",the listening ability of preschool teachers is weakened,the "tedious labor" suppresses the loss of listening wisdom of preschool teachers,and the listening emotion of preschool teachers is negative under the condition of "job burnout".Based on the lack of listening consciousness,the weakening of listening ability,the loss of listening wisdom,the negative listening emotion and so on,this paper puts forward some suggestions for teachers' reasonable listening.First of all,preschool teachers should clearly define the role of listener,form a sense of listening,clarify the inter-subjectivity between teachers and children,and build a harmonious "listening community" with young children at the same time.Secondly,teachers should improve their professional literacy,make clear what the teacher listens to,and know what to listen to.Thirdly,teachers should practice the way of educational listening,generate listening wisdom and know how to listen.Finally,teachers should set up their own state of mind,actively listen to emotions,build a good relationship between teachers and children,and create a positive listening environment and atmosphere for young children.
