| Sichuan province has produced famous grand slam tennis players such as Zheng jie and Yan zi.At present,China's diversified training system for reserve talents of competitive sports has emerged.Under the market economy system,the training mode of competitive tennis has gradually developed into diversified training modes of competitive sports schools(provincial sports vocational colleges),tennis schools and tennis clubs,etc.Sichuan province is no exception.Through expert interview,questionnaire,statistics,case analysis,literature,on-the-spot investigation,comparative analysis and other methods to competitive tennis reserve talented person's cultivation model of Sichuan province as the research object,by the training unit of the athletes,coaches and managers as investigation object,the understanding of competitive tennis reserve talented person's training mode the status quo of Sichuan province,analysis the advantages and problems of training mode,explore the future competitive tennis reserve talented person cultivating path of Sichuan province,helps to cultivate the unit managers to perfect the training system,establish the training objective for more clearly,to perfect the building of competitive tennis reserve talented person training mode diversification,Sichuan province,It is instructive to improve the quality of competitive tennis talents.Through the research,it is concluded that the reserve talent training mode of Sichuan province has its own development advantages and disadvantages,and the overall level of Sichuan province's competitive tennis and the level of grassroots coaches need to be improved.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The joint training mode of sports team and club is a trend of the training of reserve sports tennis talents in Sichuan province.(2)From the perspective of the development of tennis in Sichuan province as a whole,sports teams still play a dominant role in the quality of reserve talent training,and there are more ways for the athletes trained by tennis specialty schools.(3)The overall level of the coach team has a great impact on the source of students and the quality of training.(4)Sichuan province tennis reserve talent age fault,echelon connection is not close.(5)Restricted by economic development,regional development of Sichuan province is not balanced.(6)The change of training orientation of competitive tennis reserve talents from professional teams to universities is also an important factor for the loss of competitive tennis reserve talents in Sichuan province. |
