The integration of physical education is an important measure to improve teenagers’ physical health in the new era.As an important front to improve students’ physical quality,it is urgent to develop school physical education.In recent years,the construction of Sichuan Province’s volleyball reserve talent system has problems of small base and low quality.As an effective carrier of the integration of sports and education,volleyball traditional characteristic schools can directly affect the quality of Sichuan Province’s volleyball reserve talent cultivation.With the implementation of the policy of integration of sports and education,it is urgent to construct the reserve talent training mode of volleyball traditional schools with diverse subjects and approaches on the basis of volleyball traditional schools.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation,expert interview and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the current situation of the reserve talent training mechanism of Sichuan volleyball traditional characteristic schools.After sorting out the questionnaire data and the results of expert interviews,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the training mechanism from the aspects of enrollment mechanism,training mechanism,security mechanism and delivery mechanism.According to the analysis results,it constructs the multi-training mode and implementation path of reserve talents in the traditional volleyball schools of Sichuan Province under the background of the integration of sports and education.According to the study,the following conclusions can be drawn:1.There are three kinds of traditional volleyball schools in Sichuan province,which are jointly built by provinces and cities,key provincial schools and key municipal schools.The problems are as follows: in terms of enrollment mechanism,parents’ support is not high,reserve talents are insufficient,and the selection concept is lagging behind;Training mechanism: the training plan lacks long-term and scientific nature,and the imbalance of learning and training is serious;In terms of security mechanism,the number of advanced study and post training is less,the fund investment is insufficient,and the policy supervision mechanism needs to be improved;Conveying mechanism: conveying resistance is large,conveying target is fuzzy.2.The diversified training mode is based on the three principles of "people-oriented,following the law and diversification".In this mode,in terms of the recruitment mechanism,the multiple management bodies should formulate scientific and unified selection standards and build a talent information base;Training mechanism:with provincial and municipal co-construction as the core,the inner circulation of resources is formed to alleviate the contradiction of learning and training;Guarantee mechanism: funds will be used for the maintenance of coaches and field equipment,and improve the relevant supervision mechanism;In terms of transportation mechanism:formulate transportation incentive policies to broaden the channels of talent transportation.The study’s recommendations:1.Take "Gongga Cup" and other competitions as an opportunity to promote campus volleyball and increase the population base of campus volleyball by holding more competitions of schools with traditional volleyball characteristics.2.Increase the investment in volleyball schools with traditional characteristics,comprehensively update and improve the venue equipment,improve the quality of coaches through job training,and promote the internal circulation of coach resources and course resources with the construction of volleyball schools with traditional characteristics by provinces and cities as the core.3.Improve the supervision mechanism for the implementation of the integration policy of physical education,promote the complementary resources of the two departments,and establish diversified criteria for selecting materials.4.Improve the competition organization system,set up multi-group provincial and municipal youth sports competitions,and encourage youth to participate in the competitions.
