Research On The Status Quo Of Sports Activities In Private Kindergartens In Yaodu District, Linfen City

This thesis has applied literature data method,questionnaire survey method,field survey method,mathematical statistics method,interview method,logic analysis method and other research methods,taking the current sports condition of private kindergarten in Yaodu District of Linfen City as the research object,analyzing current sports activities and influence of private kindergarten in Yaodu District of Linfen,as well as factors that sustain sports activities conduct.The conclusions of the thesis are as follows:(1)The sports activities of private kindergartens in Yaodu District of Linfen City are rich in forms,diverse in content,and sufficient in time,and have carried out special sports activities;the simple sports game design case books are the main textbooks,and efficiently utilized.(2)The private kindergarten director of Yaodu District of Linfen City has a high academic qualification and a supportive attitude towards sports activities.The age of teachers has a trend of “polarization”,female teachers are the majority;teachers are mostly college education majors.On the whole,the ratio of teachers to men and women is out of balance,and full-time sports education teachers are rare.(3)The physical activity venues of private kindergartens in Yaodu District of Linfen City are mainly cement hard grounds,and the indoor activity rooms are lacking;the equipment can basically meet the need of daily teaching activities,but the types are few.Overall,the venue is inadequate and there is a lack of professional sports equipment.(4)The factors influencing the sports activities of private kindergartens in Yaodu District of Linfen City are: weak implementation of the teaching plan,“formalization” of featured sports activities,lack of sports education teachers,and inadequate in facilities and equipments.According to the above research results,the following suggestions are proposed for the development of private kindergarten sports activities in Yaodu District of Linfen City:(1)Formulate and strictly implement the children's curriculum and plan,and promote the scientific development of sports activities.(2)Scientifically select sports textbooks and explore the content of featured sports activities.(3)Strengthen the professional skills training towards sports education teachers and improve the quality of sports activities.(4)Expand sports equipments and venues and increase utilization rate.
