Study On Countermeasures Of Sports Activities In Primary And Secondary Schools In Linfen Under Haze Weather

The healthy development of primary and secondary school students has always been concerned,the primary and secondary school students are in the key period of rapid physical and mental development.School physical activity is one of the main ways for primary and middle school students to exercise,strengthen their physique and promote their overall development of body and mind.Relevant national policy documents clearly require that primary and secondary schools have all physical education classes,and put forward "double increase" after the introduction of the "double reduction" policy to increase the time and opportunities for students to participate in extracurricular sports activities.Rapid urban construction,automobile exhaust emissions,industrial production exhaust gas and other factors lead to the decline of urban air quality,accompanied by haze weather.The occurrence of haze weather has a great negative impact on the normal development of school physical education and extracurricular physical activities.How to carry out school sports activities smoothly in haze weather,how to choose suitable teaching content,how to choose appropriate teaching methods and means,and a series of problems need schools and PE teachers to think and explore deeply in practice.In order to cope with such extreme weather as haze,ensure to meet the needs of students to exercise,promote the healthy development of students.Using the research methods of literature,interview,field investigation,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and case analysis,this paper investigates the current situation of school sports activities in primary and secondary schools in Linfen under the haze weather,analyzes the difficulties encountered in the development of school sports activities,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions combined with the analysis of the survey and research results.The results show that:(1)the working plan of physical education and extracurricular sports activities in haze weather is not perfect.Primary and secondary schools have insufficient implementation and implementation of the relevant physical education teaching guidance documents issued by the superior departments,insufficient understanding of the harm of carrying out sports activities in haze weather,and despise the impact of haze weather on students' health to a certain extent.(2)With the rise of haze warning level,some schools take one size fits all measures,blindly suspend classes and cancel extracurricular sports activities,and the physical education class hours and sports activities arranged in the teaching plan can not be guaranteed.(3)During the transfer of outdoor physical education and sports activities indoors,the content arrangement of physical education teaching and extracurricular sports activities did not consider the actual situation of haze early warning,resulting in the phenomenon of carrying out high-intensity sports activities when the haze level is high and the air quality is seriously polluted.(4)The construction of indoor sports venues in primary and secondary schools is insufficient,which is difficult to meet the needs of carrying out sports activities in haze weather.Physical education teachers have few sports venues to choose in haze weather.(5)Under the influence of haze weather,the time and intensity of school sports activities can not meet the teaching requirements of physical education and students' extracurricular exercise needs.Countermeasures and suggestions:(1)improve ideological understanding and formulate a scientific and reasonable school sports plan under smog weather.Strengthen the study of haze hazards and protection knowledge,and strengthen the supervision of the implementation of policy documents.(2)Combined with the characteristics of students' physical and mental development,teach students according to their aptitude,develop diversified indoor sports activities,enrich the organizational forms of sports activities,and ensure the teaching effect of physical education.(3)Integrate social resources,adopt the "school enterprise" cooperation mode,and gradually strengthen the supplement and construction of indoor sports venues and facilities in schools.(4)Strengthen training,improve the organization ability of indoor sports activities teaching content and teaching form of physical education teachers,and the ability to deal with emergencies of sports activities.(5)Improve the supervision and evaluation system of physical education to ensure the effect and quality of physical education teaching in smog weather.
