Tai Chi is the excellent representative of Chinese traditional sports,which has a history of hundreds of years.With the help of our country,the spread and development of Tai Chi has made remarkable achievements,but with the popularity of western fighting in China,Tai Chi has been questioned,and some people have put the label of "sanitary " and "Old age " on Tai Chi.Just like Tai Chi,Yoga is also full of classical culture,but behind the rapid spread,there are problems of non-standardized curriculum and feminine tendencies.Two sports have similar growing context,similar action characteristics,the same long-standing cultural connotation,while The propagation effect of yoga is obviously better than that of Tai Chi.In order to promote Tai Chi,one traditional oriental sport,to the next level of development,the article will compare the similarities and differences between several communication factors in the process of communication from the perspective of communication.The paper adopts the methods of literature,field trips,interviews,questionnaires,comparison analytic to compare the four communication elements of Tai Chi and Yoga,communicator,content,media and audience.draws the following conclusions: 1.The official communicator of Tai Chi play a greater role than yoga,and in the form of communicators,Tai Chi and Yoga retain the tradition,the unintentional communicators of Yoga perform stronger than Tai Chi.2.Because sports are different from regular information,such as news,the content of sports contains culture and action skill,the theory of communication cannot simply be applied to the communication of Tai Chi and yoga.Routine Tai Chi is popular.3.The human body and its extension in tools are the earliest media,which keep vigorous vitality,and practice of Tai Chi or yoga must eventually depend on the human body.Tai Chi and Yoga have been widely disseminated with the help of the mass media,while Yoga use network platform more than Tai Chi.4.Tai Chi audiences show an tendency which old is more and more.Yoga audience show a gender difference which means the number female is more than male.This paper proposes the following suggestions: 1.The communicator of Tai Chi should make f the network social media as much as they can,so that they can conduct simple teaching and spread Taijiquan culture better.2.The different content of Taijiquan and yoga should be taken seriously.The category of Taijiquan technical action cannot be neglected.Inversely all type of Tai Chi should be promoted and cannot be blindly guided by the market.Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese culture,which is necessary to be valued in the process of communication.3.Promoting Tai Chi in primary and secondary schools and colleges and universities,and create a healthy,positive,young and fashion impression of Tai Chi to attract the fresh Tai Chi audience.4.We should speed up the promotion and popularization of Tai Chi in primary and secondary schools,broaden the channels of Tai Chi education for young people,and at the same time cultivate the diversified market demand of Tai Chi,and expand the number and level of participants of Tai Chi.
