Research On The Operation Mechanism Of Professional Yoga Gymnasium And The Development Trend Of "Chinese Yoga"

How to carry out management operations and innovation in professional yoga studios,how to realize the development of Chinese culture as an “imported product”,that is,the development trend of “Chinese Yoga” is the core concern of this research.This study conducted an empirical survey of eight professional yoga studios in different development stages and development scales in Hunan and Hubei provinces.From the perspective of professional yoga studios,most professional yoga studios were found in the yoga industry,management operations and yoga instructors.The nine shortcomings in the big picture have made development difficult.To this end,this study proposes the “four-oriented model” for the development of professional yoga studios,namely,scientific organization and management,branding of business strategies,Chineseization of curriculum system,and diversification of cooperation and exchange.It is a reference for the benign development and management of yoga studios.Theoretical model.In addition,based on the consideration of the differences between Eastern and Western sports cultures,combined with the relevant content of empirical research,this study attempts to explore the development trend of “Chinese Yoga” and proposes to draw on the essence of “Indian Yoga” and “American Yoga”.In combination with China's excellent traditional culture,we will create a “Chinese Yoga” strong body position method,build a “Chinese Yoga” Vipassana nurturing method,explore the “Chinese Yoga” regimen,and innovate “Chinese Yoga” therapy,from strengthening and nourishing the heart.The internalization,absorption and innovation of yoga culture from the four perspectives of health and physiotherapy,and the formation of Chinese-style yoga with Chinese characteristics and the pursuit of “Heaven and Man” is the inevitable trend of the development of yoga in China.
