Research On The Development And Promotion Strategy Of Basketball In Village-level Communities In Rizhao City

Community basketball is an important part of community sports.Its activities are diverse,simple,competitive,confrontational and entertaining,and it has greatly attracted residents of all ages to participate.The development of the community basketball movement is conducive to the all-round development of the people's physical quality,the promotion of physical and mental health,the strengthening of residents 'exchanges,the enrichment of residents' amateur life,the psychological relief and release of pressure,and the cultivation and training of resident team consciousness at the spiritual level.To enhance the cohesion of community residents,the development of village-level community basketball sports also affects the reserve talents of competitive basketball to a certain extent.It has a positive significance for promoting socialist harmony and building a well-off society in an all-round way,and has a positive impact on China's socialist material and spiritual civilization.It has far-reaching practical significance for all members of society to jointly realize the Chinese dream.This paper makes an in-depth investigation into the development of community basketball at the village level in Rizhao City by means of literature,questionnaire,field investigation,interview and mathematical statistics.Based on the analysis of the main problems and difficulties encountered in the actual development of community basketball at the village level,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the effective development of basketball activities at the village level in Rizhao City.Hope for the village level community basketball development new ideas,new path contribution meager force.The survey results of the status quo of community basketball sports at the village level in Rizhao City show that:1.The main structure of participants in the community basketball movement at the village level in Rizhao City is uneven.The participation of men and women in the community in basketball sports is not coordinated.The proportion of middle-aged and elderly people participating is very small.Therefore,the imbalance in gender,age,IV and work has caused community residents to participate in basketball.The entertainment of the sport has greatly decreased.The decrease in enthusiasm for participation has led to fewer and fewer participants in the community basketball movement,which in turn has led to the slow development of community basketball at the village level in Rizhao City.2.At present,the organization and management system of community basketball sports at the village level in Rizhao City is not yet perfect,and the staffing is missing and the efficiency is low.Secondly,in terms of the time of community basketball players,there is a lack of reasonable organization and management.The movement on the community basketball court is scattered and disorderly,and a part of the community residents are reduced to participate in community basketball.Finally,the community basketball field problem,the community basketball field facilities resource sharing rate is low.3 At present,the facilities and equipment of community basketball venues at the village level in Rizhao City are uneven,and the open range and targets affect the participation of community residents in basketball.The maintenance of facilities is unfavorable,which leads to the decrease of enthusiasm of community basketball participants and hinders the continuous and steady development of community basketball.4.Village community basketball players play basketball mainly in halftime games and have a single form.Can not meet the needs of community basketball participants,community residents to participate in community basketball lacks enthusiasm,interest,can not let more community residents experience community basketball unique charm.In response to the above issues,the following strategies are put forward: 1.Based on government policies,form a community culture with basketball characteristics.2.Seize opportunities(sports industry),and increase innovation.3.Optimize government institutions and manage human resources.Decentralization 4.Improve the community medical security system 5.Share resources with local government,enterprises and schools6.Strengthen communication with the residents and seek development for the whole peopel.
