Research On The Operation Mode Of Track And Field Events In The Sports Industry

Track and field is an important part of sports,and track and field events,the corresponding number of medals,has always been a "track and field winner of the world" reputation.In recent years,China has successfully hosted the Olympic Games,the Asian Games,the World Track and Field Championships,the IAAF Diamond League,the IAAF Golden League and other large-scale track and field events,which has won good praise in the world track and field,which greatly increased our confidence in the development of track and field.However,there are still many factors restricting the operation of track and field events in the sports industry.The author hopes to construct track and field events in the sports industry through the analysis of the operation of IAAF and China's track and field events,the advantages and disadvantages of the operation of track and field events,the analysis of the characteristics of track and field itself,and the analysis of the factors restricting the operation of track and field events in the sports industry.The operation mode is expected to contribute to the operation of track and field events in China.Through the analysis of the above factors,this paper draws the following conclusions: the industrialization of track and field events has begun in the global scope,the International Athletics Federation has succeeded with its influence and reasonable operation mode,and the operation of the IAAF World Championships and IAAF Diamond League under its management has already achieved considerable economic benefits for IAAF.Although the operation of track and field events in our country started later than that in some developed countries in Europe and America,our country's track and field association has made initial achievements in some events,such as marathon events in our country,and its operation has gradually moved towards industrialization and commercialization.There are both advantages and disadvantages in the operation of track and field events in China.The advantages are the support of policies and the extensive mass base.The disadvantages are that there is no perfect system in the late start,lack of professional operation personnel and lack of focus in the project.Track and field events in China can be introduced into thesports industry,because of its own characteristics and policy support,and basketball with similar characteristics of track and field sports has achieved preliminary success.The main factors affecting the operation of China's track and field events in the sports industry are as follows: lack of professional personnel;lack of sponsors,inadequate operating funds;low media exposure rate of track and field events;and lack of flexibility in the management system of track and field events.According to the conclusion,the following suggestions are put forward: we should learn advanced operational experience from some developed countries of track and field events in Europe and the United States,remove their essence,and combine their dregs with our own development to improve our country's track and field event operation system.It is necessary to give full play to the leading role of the successful running events,improve the participation and awareness of the events,and send more outstanding young athletes to the track and field events.Other events should learn from Marathon events and gradually become industrialized and commercialized.We should give full play to the advantages of the operation of track and field events in our country,reduce the disadvantages of the operation of track and field events,and operate track and field events in a perfect state.We should guide people to consume in track and field events,learn from basketball events and make full use of their successful experience in the operation of track and field events.To construct the operation mode of track and field events in the sports industry: "online + offline" operation mode,strengthen network promotion,strengthen sports integration,cultivate sports stars,strengthen the promotion of track and field Federation to track and field sports,establish physical stores around track and field;club-led +government-assisted operation mode,implement the club's main position,establish a new cradle for athletes,simplify government power.Deepening the reform of the system;creating a track and field brand,taking full account of the audience's experience,launching high-quality events,and strengthening the participation of the masses;diversified operation mode,establishing and improving the athletes' qualification accountability mechanism,safeguarding the interests of sponsors,improving relevant laws and regulations,strengthening the training of professionalpersonnel in the operation of events,multi-focus and diversified management,and broadening the competition Funding channels.
