At present, the phenomenon of classroom silence is common in colleges and universities, and the lack of enthusiasm for classroom participation seriously affects the teaching quality of education. In addition to the influence factors such as teachers and personal characteristics, the interaction and cooperation of peer groups in class become the key to the classroom effect.By studying the difference of influence of college students' peer group composition on individual classroom participation,it is clarified which peer group has a positive effect on their classroom participation, and further provides relevant policy Suggestions for improving class participation, reasonably diverting teaching and increasing education output.First of all, this study USES classroom observation method, interview method,do a basic understanding about the present situation of college students' classroom participation, the discovery of peer groups may be based on the factors influencing classroom participation enthusiasm, further build students' classroom participation and group effect model, based on factors such as dormitory, achievement could be divided into four groups, college students with class using the entropy weight method and AHP comprehensive, weights class participation dimension to analysis the importance of each dimension of class participation;By using multiple regression,Anova and other methods, the impact of group composition differences on individual classroom participation was analyzed.Through classroom observation, interviews and other methods, the present situation of college students' classroom participation was investigated and the following conclusions were obtained:In the proportion of interactive speech between teachers and students in class, teachers' speech accounts for nearly 90%,indicating that classroom activities are still dominated by teachers and lack students'enthusiasm for participation;College students are slightly more active in professional class than in public class.By means of model building and questionnaire survey, this paper studies the influence of group composition differences on individual classroom participation, and comes to the following conclusions:Entropy weight method and AHP comprehen-sively determine the dimensions of classroom participation, and find that behavioral participation takes up a larger proportion and is of greater importance in the overall participation of the classroom; The three cogroup effect models of classroom cognition, behavior and emotional participation are all larger than 0.7,and the model fitting degree is relatively good, indicating that after controlling variables such as teachers, majors, grades, personal characteristics and family economic background, individualclassroom participation can be explained by peer group classroom participation.Different groups have significant differences in classroom participation of different styles, and the interactive teaching style can better play the influence of peers, controlling class size will be more significant. In interactive classes, groups with similar scores have greater influence on their peers' participation in classroom behaviors; The group of the same dormitory has greater influence on the emotional participation in the class. The group with outstanding performance in class has more influence on the peer's classroom cognition participation.By comparing the significance of different groups in different participation dimensions,it was found that the group with the same scores had a greater significance in individual behavioral participation than the group with excellent scores.
