Psychological resilience is an important ability for junior high school students to cope with various stressful life events and better adapt to study and life.This research investigates the current situation of junior high school students' psychological resilience,and on this basis,discusses the theoretical and methodological guidance suitable for the improvement of students' psychological resilience,and selects an appropriate intervention form,in order to explore a highly operable,easy-to-promote,and suitable for junior high school students.The educational intervention program for improving psychological resilience is tested and its effectiveness is tested,and relevant educational suggestions are finally put forward.Therefore,this study mainly includes two aspects:(1)Research 1: Current situation research.A total of 392 students in the first grade of a middle school in Tianjin were selected as the research objects,and their overall situation and differences in demographic variables were measured by the "Adolescent Psychological Resilience Scale".(2)Study 2: Intervention study.On the basis of the second study,a systematic group counseling program was designed and implemented.According to the results of literature review and Study 1,the five dimensions and key intervention directions of students' resilience intervention were determined,positive psychology was selected as the theoretical and methodological guidance,and the cultivation of students' positive interpretation style was the key content combined with group counseling to determine the improvement of junior high school.Specific programs for building resilience.30 students in the low group of study one were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group.Among them,15 students in the experimental group underwent seven group psychological counseling interventions,and they were compared with the control group who did not receive any intervention in the quantitative analysis,and at the same time combined with the qualitative analysis to test its effectiveness.Through the above research,the following two conclusions have been drawn:(1)The psychological resilience level of junior high school students is generally good.There were differences in gender,class leadership,family structure and grades.(2)Based on positive psychology theory,group counseling using positive psychology methods and techniques can effectively improve the psychological resilience of junior high school students.
