Senior One is the transition stage of students' learning from junior period to senior period,the connection stage of cognition and ability,and also the important stage of differentiation of senior learning.Students at this stage are in a special period of rapid physiological and psychological development,and they need an adaptive period to face the new learning and living environment.Whether they can form a good learning mental state and behavioral habits during the adaptive period often affects their entire senior stage and even their future development.The new curriculum reform makes the basic education go to the new normal of the core accomplishment training.As the main channel and the main position of the school moral education,the senior high politics course directly affects the cultivation of students' core accomplishment and the realization of the education goals.At present,however,the political and ideological courses in senior high are not placed in their proper positions.Students generally do not pay attention to them,have little interest in them and lack motivation for them.This study focuses on this important stage,and guided by the theory of learning motivation,analyses the current status of thought and political lesson learning motive of students in senior grade one,analyzes its influencing factors,to explore effective strategy of cultivating thought political lesson learning motivation in senior one period as targeted.We should strengthen the adaptability of the ideological and political course for senior high school students,take the cultivation of core accomplishment of discipline as the principal line,strive to cultivate the Marxist theory of senior high school students more effectively,consciously cultivate and practice socialist core values,and implement the fundamental task to establish morality and cultivate people.In this paper,divided into boy group and girl group respectively,students from four senior high schools of different levels in the urban and rural areas of Xinghua,Jiangsu Province,were surveyed and interviewed.It gets a specific understanding of senior students' learning motivation of thought political lesson as a whole,stage characteristics,personalized features,basic information of the difference of internal and external of learning motivation,then analyzes the influencing factors of senior students' thought political learning.The internal factors include the students' self needs and expectation,physical and mental development and age characteristics,personality and individual differences,and attribution styles,and the external factors include social background,family environment,school education,teacher behavior,middle and high school connection,etc.Based on the results of the investigation,combined with teaching practice,the comprehensive strategy selection is made for the internal and external factors that influence the students' learning motivation in the ideological and political class:arouse the student's curiosity by stimulating the need of study;to enhance self-efficacy and build up students' self-confidence;guide the positive attribution,enhance students' ambition,to cultivate students' internal motivation in the ideological and political class.In the training of the external learning motivation for high student thought political lesson,the coordination of society,family and school should be emphasized,and above all,senior politics teachers should improve their comprehensive quality,attract and arouse students learning enthusiasm of the political lesson,help students go through the linking stage of junior-high school,and strengthen learning adaptability of senior one students' higher thought political lesson.Meanwhile,we should take into consideration the individual differences of the students and teach them in accordance with their aptitude when developing and improving their motivation for ideological and political lesson.We should raise the motivation to the visual level of teaching objectives and pay attention to the optimization of learning strategies.Only in this way can we better generate the enthusiasm and initiative of high school students to learn ideological and political course,develop high school students' moral cognition,lay emphasis on high school students' emotional experience and moral practice,and really put the cultivation of accomplishment into practice in the teaching progress of ideological and political course in high school.
