Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party and the state have issued a series of intensive special policy documents to show the importance attached to the construction of kindergarten teachers.The construction of kindergarten teachers has ushered in the spring of reform and development.Kindergarten teacher recruitment is the way to optimize the teaching staff.How to carry out the recruitment of kindergarten teachers more scientifically and reasonably,and recruiting the outstanding talents in the early childhood education field into the teaching team is an important issue that needs to be solved at this stage.From the perspective of kindergartens,improving the recruitment requirements and selection process of kindergarten teachers will help kindergartens to enhance the effectiveness of teacher recruitment and contribute to the construction of kindergarten teachers.This study uses the combination of interview method and questionnaire survey method to divide the kindergarten teacher recruitment requirements into five dimensions : personal situation,morality,knowledge,ability and physical and mental quality,and divides the kindergarten teacher selection process into qualification examination,written examination,interview,and internship.Try four links.The survey selected 32 managers of different nature and star-rated kindergartens to conduct in-depth interviews with the teachers,and conducted a questionnaire survey on 230 managers who were responsible for teacher recruitment in different nature and star kindergartens.The status quo of the requirements and selection process,and explore the problems of kindergarten teacher recruitment requirements and selection process,and then make recommendations.Through the analysis of the kindergarten teacher recruitment requirements and the current status of the selection process,we can find that:At this stage,the kindergarten teacher recruitment requirements have the following problems : the kindergarten has a tendency to“loosely enter the job”when recruiting,presenting heavy art skills,and light theoretical knowledge.The tendency to meet the general knowledge level of the corresponding teachers is low;the following problems exist in the selection process of kindergarten teachers:the kindergartens have low participation in the unified recruitment of the Education Bureau,andthe methods and methods used are difficult to comprehensively examine the quality of teachers and fail to comprehensively consider the candidates.The degree of matching with the park and the position,and the internship trial period are not in place for the teacher's protection.Through the research on the recruitment requirements and selection process of kindergarten teachers,the researchers put forward the following suggestions:strengthen the standardized management of kindergarten teachers' recruitment work,take into account the investigation of teachers' artistic skills and theoretical knowledge level,and combine the atmosphere of the park and the characteristics of the positions to examine the application flexibly.The quality of the teacher,the corresponding evaluation of the teacher during the internship trial period for the process evaluation.
