| The construction of teaching staff in primary and secondary schools concerns the equalization of compulsory education and the realization of equal access to eduction. How to attract the most excellent talents to become members of teaching staff in primary and secondary schools? It is an important issue to be addressed in the development of education. Organizing strict and standard teacher recruitment examination, controlling the entrance of teachers and adopting impartial selection mechanism are conducive to further improving the requirements for abilities of candidates, such as comprehensive quality and then selecting excellent talents into teaching staff.This research mainly adopts the literature method to demonstrate the significance of teacher recruitment examination from a theoretical perspective, applies questionnaire and interview survey to investigate'the current situation of teacher recruitment examination in most areas of Zhejiang province, learns about the difficulties and problems existed in the current examination work and puts forward the proposition for the perfection of examination system based on this. This paper mainly carries forward the research from the following three aspects:First, analyzing mainly the connotation, formation and significance of teacher recruitment examination;Second, conducting an in-depth analysis on basic information and situation of teacher recruitment examination in Zhejiang province as well as difficulties arising out of the work in accordance with the investigation and contents of interviews relating to the current situation of teacher recruitment examination in many areas of Zhejiang province;Third, putting forward the proposition for the perfection of teacher recruitment work in Zhejiang province based on the current situation of teacher recruitment examination in Zhejiang province and advanced foreign experience:1. improve policies and regulations regarding teacher recruitment examination and enable the examination to be governed by laws;2. innovate the form of examination and promote the sound development of it; 3. enrich the contents of examination and make the inspection more comprehensive; 4. relax restrictions on conditions of examinations and explores the sources of teachers; 5. improve the management system and facilitate the examination to be carried out orderly. |
