The traditional practice of corporate recruitment assessment is mostly a simple written test and interview.The interview and written test scores are multiplied by their respective weights and then summed.The score is finally ranked and then accepted from high to low.What's more,some companies recruit people directly by the interviewer.This will lead to some serious problems,such as the talents' advantages are not fully utilized in the enterprise,and the recruiting staff does not meet the needs of the enterprises for talents,which ultimately leads to mutual hindrance.In order to avoid serious losses to enterprises and individuals,in the process of appraisal of recruiters,enterprises must close the recruitment selection,combine their own development strategy and corporate culture to conduct comprehensive talent demand analysis,job analysis,recruitment selection index analysis,and establish A comprehensive,comprehensive,scientific and systematic talent recruitment selection method suitable for the company itself.Based on the current situation of JX Education Company and the demand characteristics of talents,this paper comprehensively investigates the organizational structure,development strategy,corporate culture and talent system of JX Education Company based on the original recruitment selection method of the company,through questionnaire survey and Combining the company's demand characteristics for teachers,using human resources management recruitment theory,mathematical modeling theory,and computer program design,the company's recruitment and selection process is standardized,and the written test results,image temperament and language level of teachers are extracted.,the board format,lecture style,intention level,communication ability,teamwork,dedication,nine selection criteria.The nine indicators were classified quantitatively,and then a set of methods suitable for the company's teacher recruitment selection was established through the theory of AHP.Then the recruitment selection method was compiled into a computer MATLAB running program.Through the actual case analysis to verify that the improved recruitment selection scheme has a better recruitment effect than the original recruitment selection scheme.
