Changchun New Oriental Training School belongs to New Oriental Educational Science and Technology Group.The school was founded on September 16,2005.Since its establishment,the school specializes in the education and training industry.It is the leader of Changchun and even the Northeast educational circles.The school mainly offers TOEFL,IELTS,GRE,CET-4,postgraduate entrance examination,junior and senior high school cultural courses and other training projects.It is new to bubble up children's English and high-performance secondary education.Oriental Education Brand.For education and training schools,teachers are the internal driving force for the development of enterprises.Competition among enterprises is the competition for talents.Teachers' abilities in teaching methods,mastery of professional skills and communication directly determine students' achievement.Students' achievement also directly affects the reputation and development of enterprises.Therefore,how to recruit high-level teachers' groups?
