Preview is a core part through the whole class of biology learning,which is also an important approach to improve students’ interests,and develop students’ learning abilities and habits.The preview study of biology in senior high school is insufficient at present,and the strategies of preview also need to improve.This research takes Qiannan senior high schools as an example,aims to investigate the students’ preview cognitive level,the forming of preview habits,the mastery of preview methods,and the difficulties and expectations of preview and proposes strategies for the senior high school students’ preview.This research was applied to the literature method,questionnaire and experimental research to know the situation of students’ previous preview.And to get the factors that effect students’ preview and the proficiency level and proposes the preview strategies of students’ proficiency level,which verify in the teaching simultaneously.The findings are as follows:(1)The students lack the awareness of preview and don’t form the habits of it.Their preview usually is arbitrary;the preview method is single,which are limited to reading materials and guidance plans.Meanwhile,the environmental factors also influence their preview,within reflecting in the fact that teachers,families and other factors do not in surroundings.(2)If one keeps a comprehensive understanding of preview materials,they can promote their enthusiasm in learning.Students can improve their learning efficiency after mastering preparation methods correctly;it also can help them to improve their achievement level.With the preparation of difficulties and expectations,there is no significant difference between students in different levels of achievement;they are expected to get more guidance and attention from their teachers and parents when they do a preview.(3)The optimized and integrated preview is different from traditional preview approach,which can enhance students’ cognitive awareness,help students form habit with a good attitude before the class,and lead students master a correct preview method to improve their learning atmosphere.Meanwhile,referring to use the guidance preview in students’ learning,there is a great significant effect to improve their proficiency level.
