Taking the Gongjing District Swimming Pool in Zigong City as the research object,this paper conducts an environmental analysis of the museum,and then studies and discusses the marketing strategy of the swimming pool.It uses 4P marketing theory,STP positioning theory,AISAS theory of network marketing,SWOT analysis and other methods.In view of the specific environment of the swimming pool in Gongjing District,we put forward marketing strategies that meet the needs of its development.We mainly start with products,channels,prices and promotions,formulate reasonable marketing links,and put forward a series of safeguards.In order to improve the competitiveness of the marketing management of the swimming pool in the market,reduce the waste of resources in the swimming pool,explore how to promote the management of the swimming pool in the process can be done as well as possible,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the stadium.By means of literature data,questionnaire survey,expert interview and empirical analysis,the author combs and analyzes the academic achievements of scholars at home and abroad,and lays the theoretical foundation for the beginning of this article.At the beginning of the study,experts interviewed the main contents,and the professional in the field of swimming pool management learned about the marketing problems faced in the management process of swimming pool,which provided first-hand information for this study.In order to improve the marketing strategy of swimming pool in Gongjing District of Zigong City,a questionnaire survey was conducted to the tourists and students of all ages in Gongjing District of Zigong City to improve the marketing efficiency.Taking the gongjing district swimming pool in zigong city as an example,through the full collection of information on gongjing district swimming pool information,we conducted a longitudinal in-depth study of marketing,found out the problems in marketing,carried out the scheme design and controlled its implementation.The study's findings show that the main areas of concern for swimming enthusiasts and those involved in training are: the level of swimming coaches,swimming pool water quality,swimming environment and safety,etc..They expect to obtain swimming training and swimming fitness with more favorable prices and quality services.Gongjing District Swimming Pool is the most widely used local swimming pool in the area.It is necessary to solve the management and marketing of the swimming pool in Gongjing District and related micro problems.It is necessary to conduct market positioning and target setting on the basis of investigation and experience,comprehensively start from reality,solve problems for local government,society and the general public to participate in swimming consumption and fitness,and bring specific reference opinions for swimming pool marketing strategies.
