Research On The Countermeasures To Improve The Humanistic Care Ability Of College Counselors

As the backbone of the implementation of ideological and political education among college students,the life coaches for college students'growth and success and the intimate friends in college students' healthy life,university counselors play an important role in the whole higher education management system.Their humanistic caring capability is directly related to the sound development of college students.Therefore,the enhancement of university counselors'humanistic caring capability is a problem that all the counselors and even all society must pay close attention to.First,starting with the connotation of humanistic care,this paper further clarifies the concept of university counselors' humanistic caring capability by studying the spirit of such vital documents as Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving College Ideological and Political Work under the New Situation,Implementation Program for Quality Promotion Project ofCollege Ideological and Political Work and Regulations on the Construction of Counselors' Teams in Regular Institutions of Higher Education,thus expounding the necessity of enhancing counselors'humanistic caring capability in three aspects of counselors' self-improvement,integrated development of college students and higher education management.Second,through the method of questionnaire survey,this paper carefully analyses the development status of university counselors' humanistic caring capability,and summarizes the factors that restrict the enhancement of their humanistic caring capability.Finally,this paper puts forward concrete and feasible measures from aspects of the society,colleges and universities and counselors themselves.
