We all know that art is a cultural education for the public, rather than a pure professional and technical education. In today's curriculum, most of students' learning is carried out through abstract numbers, symbols, words, formulas, etc.Art is one of the few subjects that can not only allow students to directly contact with the material environment, but also combine reason with emotion and coordinate the use of hands, eyes and brain. Therefore, the discipline of fine arts has its unique and irreplaceable significance in protecting human individuality and promoting human integrity. One of the most important characteristics of fine arts is the transmission of culture, the transmission of emotion and thought, through the appreciation of works of fine arts, the observation of the phenomenon of fine arts in life,so as to form a rich humanistic spirit, which plays a great role in the implementation of quality education. With the implementation of the new curriculum reform, the status of art education has become more and more important. This is to implement the national requirements of "cultivating talents by virtue",so the research on humanistic care should be strengthened in art education, which is also in response to the national needs. The author lives in a township public middle school, whose students are mostly leftbehind children in rural areas.Due to the lack of family education, school education only focuses on subject teaching, but seriously ignores moral education and humanistic care of students. The purpose of this study is to implement the caring education in art class,so that the school education and teaching can be more clearly aware of the need to implement the caring education, and actively explore some measures. The difficulty of this research lies in how art teachers can fundamentally change the traditional teaching mode which is dominated by subject education and pay attention to the caring education. The innovation is that the author himself can actively introduce the theory of caring education into the art classroom,so that our art classroom can better reflect the "people-oriented" teaching philosophy. This study consists of five parts:The first part introduces the research background, research significance, literature review, research ideas and methods of introducing the theory of caring education into rural art teaching. The second part mainly introduces the forming background and educational content of the theory. The purpose is to make people have a better understanding of Nel Noddings' caring theory,so as to introduce it into the teaching of fine arts,or even multi-disciplinary teaching. The third part analyzes the current situation of art teaching in the school and surrounding areas where the author conducts research, and understands the status of humanistic care in the art class of junior high school through interviews and questionnaires,so as to find out some existing problems and analyze them.In the fourth part, according to the specific situation of students in the internship school of the author, the implementation of teaching design is carried out in stages, and the method of action research is combined with the theory of caring education and constructivism. The teaching experiment is carried out to clarify the educational goal of each stage, and the implementation effect of classroom teaching is finally summarized through practice,so that students can form a caring creative consciousness through autonomy, cooperation and exploration. Finally, this paper summarizes the limitations and shortcomings of the implementation of teaching experiment, and puts forward the prospect.
