Research On The Construction Of "Caring Campus" In University

"Caring-Campus" is a new kind of ideological and political concept in university, which has been put forward in recent few years to strengthen and improve the Education in Ideology and Politics. It constitutes "the three types of campus" construction theory together with the "economic-campus" and the "culture-campus". It constructs a new structure of the Education in Ideology and Politics in university by the construction of campus culture. In inspiring the virtue of "care", which urgently called by the current generation, to guide college students to learn how to treat nature, how to treat other people and how to treat themselves, cultivate their care ability and consciousness, teach them to respect life, to care about other people and to have team awareness, make out of the students the high-qualified modern person with care quality and cooperative spirit.Taking the "caring-campus" as a subject, the article firstly summarized the primary meaning and features of "caring-campus" to settle its basic localization. Based on caring theory of Marxism, caring moral education theory of American professor Nel Noddings and the caring part in Chinese traditional culture, the article relates the importance of construction on "caring-campus". Secondly, it analyses the condition of current construction on "caring-campus" in universities of Heilongjiang Province through questionnaire and the interview survey, brings up the existent problems and generalizes both the advantage and disadvantage factors which influent to the construction of "caring-campus". Based on this, this article puts forward countermeasures on how to construct the "caring-campus". It should be lead by the core values of the socialist system, we must strengthen the organization and leadership to guarantee the advancement of the task and establish the teachers and students security system, cultivate and breed the spirit of "care" in the construction of campus culture, reforming and innovating the teaching course of the Education in Ideology and Politics in university to enhance the effectiveness of caring education.
