| Objective: Logistic regression analysis was used for data processing and analysis.By studying the relationship between age,sex,exercise,muscle strength,sitting forward flexion and body composition and arterial health,this paper aims to explore the effects of muscle strength,muscle content,body fat content,flexibility of trunk and years of persistent exercise on arterial and vascular health of different age groups in order to improve their health in the future.Physical exercise and arterial disease control and prevention play a guiding role,while providing relevant theoretical basis.Method:Testing methods: 149 people aged 40-69 in Chengdu were recruited to collect body composition data by dual-energy X-ray.Blood pressure,PWV of vascular hardness and ABI of degree of occlusion were collected by OMRON BP-203 RPE III arterial anomaly detector.The data indicators of muscle strength were grip strength,isokinetic lower extremity muscle strength and core area muscle strength.The data were collected and analyzed according to arterial index,body composition index and muscle strength index.The data were further analyzed with different age,gender and exercise habits.Statistical methods: Using SPSS19.0 statistical software as a tool,the data of artery index,body composition and muscle strength were grouped according to whether PWV was abnormal or not(PWV > 1400 as abnormal standard).After data processing,all the indexes were screened by independent sample t test and Pearson correlation test combined with professional knowledge.Finally,the selected indicators were analyzed by logistic regression.The purpose of this study is to find out the risk factors affecting arterial health,to explore the relationship between arterial health and the composition of various parts of the body,whether there is a certain correlation or influence between arterial health and muscle strength of various parts,and whether arterial elasticity is related to trunk flexibility.Results:(1)Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,HR,PWV of right lower extremity and PWV of left lower extremity in male subjects were higherthan those in female subjects;mean values of pulse pressure,ABI of right lower extremity,ABI and AF of left lower extremity were lower than those of female subjects.The mean systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,HR,PWV of the right lower limb,PWV of the left lower limb and AF of retired athletes were lower than those of the normal subjects,while the mean of pulse pressure,ABI of the right lower limb and ABI of the left lower limb were higher than those of the normal subjects.The mean values of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,HR,right lower limb PWV,left lower limb PWV and AF of male retired athletes were lower than those of female retired athletes.(2)The body composition index of male testers is lower than that of female testers.The body composition index of male testers increases with age.(3)The body fat content and body fat rate of male retired athletes are lower than those of female retired athletes,and the muscle content and bone mineral content are higher than those of female retired athletes.(4)Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,HR and ABI in normal group were lower than those in abnormal group,with significant difference(P <0.05).Means of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,HR,ABI and AF were significantly correlated with abnormal PWV at 0.01 level.(5)The body fat content,body fat rate,thigh mass,muscle content and thigh bone mineral content of the normal group were higher than those of the abnormal group,while the other indexes were lower than those of the abnormal group,but the difference showed statistical significance(P > 0.05),trunk fat and trunk muscle content showed significant correlation.(6)The lower extremity extensor,core dorsiflexion and core left-handedness in the normal group were larger than those in the abnormal group,while the other muscle strength indexes were smaller than those in the abnormal group.There were significant differences in grip strength and lower extremity extensor(P < 0.05).The correlation between grip strength and PWV abnormality was 0.05.(7)The test results of flexibility index in normal group were better than those in abnormal group,and the worse the test results of flexibility index with the increase of age.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).(8)There was significant difference between normal group and abnormal group(P < 0.05).Research conclusions:1.Abnormal arterial index can be judged by whether the abnormality is PWV.In the experiment,it was found that the PWV of the tester with abnormal systolic pressure,abnormal diastolic pressure,or ABI abnormalities showed abnormalities.2.The body composition will change obviously with the age,the muscle strength shows a decreasing trend the participation of physical exercise has a positive effect on delaying muscle content and bone mineral content loss.3.Systolic pressure and HR are important factors affecting arterial health.The higher the health risk of systolic arterial artery,the negative correlation between HR and arterial health.The whole body fat rate is closely related to arterial health,and the greater the body fat rate,the higher the risk of abnormal arterial health.Participation in exercise is a positive factor in arterial health.4.The study confirmed that the anterior flexor of the seat was significantly correlated with arterial vascular elasticity,and that to some extent the anterior flexor of the seat could assess the arterial elasticity of the group over 40 years of age. |
