| Objective : High-intensity interval training high-intensity interval training combined with whole-body vibration training were performed on 25 young NAFLD patients.The acute effects and adaptive effects after 8 weeks of intervention were observed between the two groups,so as to explore whether WBV combined with HIIT has additional health benefits,and to find a time-saving and efficient exercise method for NAFLD patients to treat fatty liver and prevent atherosclerosis.METHODS : Twenty-five non-sports-specific NAFLD subjects aged 18-30 years in Tianjin University of Physical Education were recruited and randomly divided into two groups : high-intensity interval group(HIIT group,85-90 %HRmax,n = 13)and high-intensity interval combined with whole-body vibration training group(combined group,85-90 % HRmax,n = 12).The exercise cycle was 8 weeks,3 times / week,4 groups each time,4 minutes of power bicycle training in each group,3 minutes of rest between groups,and vibration instrument(knee flexion about 30 °,frequency 30 Hz)was turned on between the combined groups.The HIIT group adopted the same posture but did not open the vibrator.Results : Compared with before intervention,immediately after exercise,in terms of arterial stiffness,ba PWV of NAFLD population in both groups decreased significantly(P < 0.01),and the immediate effect of the combined group on ba PWV was more significant(P < 0.05).The ABI of the two groups decreased significantly immediately after exercise(P < 0.05),but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Hemodynamic indexes(PSV,EDV,MV)increased significantly(P < 0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention,the CAP of the NAFLD population in the HIIT group decreased significantly(P < 0.05),and the CAP of the combined group decreased significantly(P < 0.01).There was no statistical difference between the groups(P > 0.05);in terms of arterial stiffness index,ba PWV in both groups was significantly lower than that before 8 weeks(P< 0.05).Hemodynamic indexes(PSV,EDV,MV)increased significantly(P <0.05).In terms of endothelial function,there was no significant change in CIMT between the two groups.There was no significant difference between the two groups.ADMA in the HIIT group and the combined group decreased significantly(P <0.05).Conclusion :(1)8-week HIIT combined with WBV intervention can reduce the degree of fatty liver,which may be related to the improvement of hemodynamics and nitric oxide bioavailability by HIIT combined with vibration training,thereby reducing systemic arterial stiffness.(2)HIIT exercise has an acute effect on reducing arterial stiffness,and WBV can further reduce arterial stiffness. |
