Objective: This study is divided into two parts: Experiment 1 through electromyography analysis to find out the appropriate vibration frequency and load-bearing load of the lower limb muscles;Experiment 2 based on the results of the experiment 1 to activate the appropriate vibration frequency and load of the lower limb muscles Develop a specific vibration training program, compare the lower limb constant velocity force and the force gauge CMJ score before and after the training intervention, and analyze the influence of vibration stimulation and resistance training intervention on the lower limb muscle strength of ordinary college students.Through the results of this study, the reference for the development of the general population vibration training program is provided. Methods:Experiment 1: Taking 6 ordinary male college students as subjects, the subjects completed 0Hz+0%1RM,0Hz+30%1RM,0Hz+75%1RM,30Hz+0%1RM,30Hz+30%1RM.,30Hz+75%1RM,40Hz+0%1RM,40Hz+30%1RM,40Hz+75%1RM,50Hz+0%1RM,50Hz+30%1RM,50Hz+75% 1RM conditions. In the process of picking up,the myoelectric signal of the 7 muscles of the lower limbs was recorded by wireless electromyography, and the appropriate stimulation intensity for activating the lower limb muscles was found.Experiment 2: Eighteen male male college students were randomly divided into the normal control group and the experimental group.According to the results of the first study,a specific vibration training program was developed to activate the appropriate vibration frequency and load of the lower limb muscles. Before and after the 8-week training, the Isoforce multi-joint isokinetic strength tester was used to test the isokinetic force of the subjects at 60°/s and 240°/s angular velocity;the Kistler force tester was used to test the CMJ,and the peak impulse and peak power were recorded. And jump height data. Results: Experiment 1: According to the results of multiple comparisons of LSD,it is concluded that the stimulation of different vibration frequencies combined with different load-bearing loads has different degrees of activation of different muscles of lower limbs. The stimulation of 30HZ+75%1RM is beneficial to the coordinated development of lower limb muscles.Experiment 2: 1.Isoforce multi-joint isokinetic muscle strength test results:(1)Peak torque: After training intervention, the test results of 60 °/ s showed that the peak torque of the control group did not show significant difference, the peak torque stretch showed significant Sexual differences(p<0.05);peak torque and peak torqueextension of the experimental group showed significant differences(p<0.05).The test results of 240 °/ s showed that there was no significant difference between the peak torque and peak torque of the control group;the peak torque and peak torque of the experimental group showed significant difference(p<0.05).(2)Peak power: After training intervention, the test results of 60°/s showed that there was no significant difference between the peak power yield and the peak power extension of the control group;the peak power and peak power extension of the experimental group showed significant difference(p<0.05).).The results of 240 °/ s showed that there was a significant difference between the peak power and peak power extension of the control group(p<0.05);the peak power and peak power extension of the experimental group showed a very significant difference(p<0.01).(3)Torque-bending ratio: After training intervention, the test result of 60°/s showed that the torque-expansion ratio of the control group decreased from 0.59 to 0.58;the torque-expansion ratio of the experimental group decreased from 0.57 to 0.55.The test result of 240°/s It shows that the torque flexion-extension ratio of the control group decreased from 0.57 to0.58;there was no significant change in the torque-torsion ratio of the experimental group.(4)Fatigue index: After the training intervention, the test results of 60 °/ s showed no significant difference in the fatigue index between the control group and the experimental group. The results of 240 °/ s showed a significant difference in the fatigue index of the control group(p<0.05);the fatigue index of the experimental group showed a very significant difference(p<0.01).2.Kistler test table test results: After training intervention, the peak impulse, peak power and jump height of CMJ in the control group showed significant difference(p<0.05).The peak impulse increased by 11.27% compared with that before training. The peak power increased by 8.39% compared with that before training. The jump height increased by 17.41% compared with that before training. The peak impulse, peak power and jump height of the experimental group were significantly different(p<0.01).).The peak impulse increased by 35.80% compared with that before training, the peak power increased by 35.31% before training, and the jump height increased by 22.19% before training.Conclusions:1.Different vibration frequency combined with different load-bearing stimulation has different activation effects on lower limb muscles. The stimulation of30HZ+75%1RM is beneficial to the coordinated development of lower limb muscles.2.Vibration stimulation combined with anti-resistance intervention can significantly improve the constant velocity of the lower limbs and the CMJ score of the force measuring platform.
