With the increasing intensity and cruelty of modern competitive sports, the scientificity, diversity and effectiveness of training methods are becoming more and more important. At present, studies have shown that unsteady training on the soft support surface can increase the amount of activity of most muscles in the human body, especially the posterior muscle group, but most of these studies still remain in the unstable exercise to produce muscle electrical capacity for the muscle. The transient effects, but the long-term and different degree of stability of the unsteady training on the human body's certain physical quality has little impact, for the strength of different stable conditions to practice a certain physical quality of the human body The impact, especially on the degree of instability of the soft support surface,is even rarer. Therefore, this study is mainly based on sports training practice. It aims to explore the influence of different strengths of strength training on the rapid strength and sensitive quality of lower limbs, and to supplement people's understanding of unsteady training. The training options of coaches and athletes provide a better reference. In this experiment, subjects were randomly divided into control group A(sloshing amplitude of 0 degrees),experimental group B(swaying amplitude of 0-29degrees),and experimental group C(swaying amplitude was 0)according to different support conditions.-46 degrees)three groups. In the quality practice under the same conditions, the Bulgarian squat weight training exercises were carried out for each group, and the maximum strength of each subject was tested one week before the formal experiment, and the rapid strength of the lower limbs was tested before and after the experiment. And the testing of sensitive quality indicators,in addition,in the exercise also increased the muscles of the lower limbs muscle surface muscle test,a total of 12 weeks. After the experiment, through the comparative analysis of thecollected data, the following four conclusions are drawn:1.In the practice of weight-bearing one-leg squat practice,as the stability condition of the support interface decreases, the proportion of the motility units of the gluteus maximus and gastrocnemius muscles increases, and the stimulation they receive is also increased, but the rectus femoris, femur The proportion of motor units mobilized in the cephalic and medial femoral muscles is relatively reduced, and the corresponding stimulation is relatively reduced.2.After 10 weeks of weight-bearing unsteady(soft support surface)exercises, the subject's lower limb rapid strength and sensitive quality indicators were improved to varying degrees, and the degree of change in sensitivity to the sensitive quality was greater than the rapid strength of the lower limbs.3.The weight-bearing exercise under unsteady support conditions(soft support surface)is better than the weight-bearing exercise under stable conditions, and exhibits a relatively large sway(0-46 degrees)support surface. The training effect on the above is greater than the tendency of the swaying amplitude to be relatively small(0-29 degrees).4.Although the post-test results of the indicators of rapid strength and sensitivity of the lower extremities showed that the experimental C group(balanced disk group)was larger than the experimental group B larger than the experimental group A,the results showed that the standing long jump,30 M run,60 M run, right between the groups There are no statistical differences between the 5 indicators of foot 20 M single foot and 15 S standing support.
