the elementary school is sensitive period in the development of the physical quality,and cultivate lifelong sports consciousness enhanced physique the decrease of mental diseases stage according to related survey,nearly 20 years in our country elementary school students physical quality is declining health and physical health of teenagers is an important link in the whole process of China's strategic national education career much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning is put forward to balance education resources,the weak parts of the ethnic attaches great importance to the education of ethnic minority areas the purpose of this paper is to adopt the scientific method to optimize the big recess sports content,interior minister combination of adjust measures to local conditions and reasonable arrangement of scientific guidance Strict implementation,improve the original large class break activities to promote the healthy growth of students' physical quality,cultivate students to develop a sense of lifelong exercise,and promote the development of education in ethnic areas.This research mainly USES the literature material method,field observation interview method,case analysis,logic analysis and other research methods,research and analysis xide county chengguan primary school(hereinafter referred to as the city small)big recess sports activities,find problems and to improve the original big recess,empirically big recess sports case,in order to improve the xide yi language of the township primary school big recess sports activities,other cases primary school provide empirical and reference to the following conclusions:1.This paper analyzes the status quo of the original big break activities in the small town,and finds that there are many problems,such as single activity content;Insufficient activity time;Insufficient space and obsolete equipment;Student Numbers are high and participation low.2.This design features indoor calisthenics and physical exercise,which not only expands the activity space,but also closely follows the theme of health promotion;Increase activity content already,have certain stimulative effect to strengthening constitution again.Various activities can arouse students' interest and enthusiasm.The design scheme is simple and easy to operate and has certain feasibility.3.The activity content of the optimized design in this paper is rich and diversified.The first is the indoor characteristic calisthenics of group activity,and the second is the physical exercise of outdoor group activity.To meet the physical and mental development needs of primary school students,students are easy to accept;And according to local conditions,green environmental protection homemade equipment,reasonable use of the site.4.This paper optimizes and designs the process of physical activity during the big class break in primary schools in ethnic minority areas,which increases the time of students' activities,makes the management more practical,rational,efficient and safe,and promotes the development of school physical education.5.The activity content of the optimized design in this paper needs follow-up empirical research,further modification,improvement,arrangement and solidification of the results to achieve a certain degree of extensibility.The following Suggestions are made:1.Adjust measures to local conditions.According to the school venue,the number of students,teachers,equipment and facilities to adjust the big break sports activities.2.Teach students according to their aptitude.In the design of the content of different levels,different physical and mental development,should be based on the physical and mental characteristics of students,grasp the exercise time and load,to achieve effective activity effect,curing and improving the large class break physical activities.3.Integrated innovation.Update resources,video and books on fitness training through the web.When popularizing the results of applied research,we should carry out teacher training,increase funds,and rationally allocate indoor stadiums and gymnasiums and sports equipment.4.Summarize the communication.It is suggested that front-line teachers in primary and secondary schools actively participate in the theoretical and practical exploration of big break,provide relevant activity materials and cases for the design of activity content,and provide certain practical experience for the comprehensive development of teenagers' physical quality.
