| The purpose of this study is to introduce functional training into the large class break of primary school,design the physical activity content of the large class break of primary school students based on the functional training principle,and improve the physical quality of students through the practice of students.This study mainly adopts the methods of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics and so on to carry out theoretical and empirical research.In primary school attached to Beijing agronomy class three,grade five and six grade five classes,a total of 56 students as experimental object,a total of 37 for two months practice,and in each experimental index of the subjects before and after the experiment test,after the experiment to investigate the experimental group students’ subjective feeling,finally applied mathematical statistics data statistics analysis,demonstration of design on the basis of the principle of functional training pupils big recess sports content interested in elementary physical quality and take part in physical exercise.This study mainly adopts the methods of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics to carry out theoretical and empirical research.This study in primary school attached to Beijing agronomy class three,grade five and six grade five classes,a total of 56 students as experimental object,a total of 37 for two months practice,and in each experimental index of the subjects before and after the experiment test,after the experiment to investigate the experimental group students’ subjective feeling,finally applied mathematical statistics data statistical analysis.Research conclusion is: After two months of 37 times of physical activity exercises between classes,the students’ speed quality index was 50 meters.There was no statistically significant difference between the pre-test and post-test results of the experimental group,indicating that the content of physical activity between classes designed in this study had no significant effect on the students’ speed quality.There was a significant difference in the pretest and posttest results of the experimental group,indicating that the physical activity content designed in this study had a significant effect on the flexibility of primary school students.There was a statistically significant difference between the pre-test and post-test results of the experimental group in one-minute rope skipping,and the one-minute rope skipping was mainly used to evaluate the students’ body coordination and dexterity and lower limb strength.The students’ strength quality index was 1-minute sit-ups,and there was a statistically significant difference between the pre-test and post-test results of the experimental group of 1-minute sit-ups.The students’ endurance quality index is50 meters *8 round trip running,and the experimental group students’ pre-test and post-test results of 50 meters *8 round trip running have statistically significant differences,indicating that the physical activity content designed in this study has an obvious exercise effect on the students’ endurance quality.Through the questionnaire survey,it was found that compared with the content of sports activities in the school,primary school students preferred the content of sports activities in the school based on the principle of functional training.Students were more interested in sports activities and more active in sports activities in the school. |
