| As an important carrier for training track and field teaching workers in primary and secondary schools,the track and field specialty courses of Physical Education Majors in physical education colleges and universities in China still face the phenomena of inaccurate policy interpretation,incomplete teaching content and disconnection from the actual needs of primary and secondary schools after several rounds of reform.In order to make the track and field specialized courses in physical education colleges and universities in China clearly understand the differences between themselves and the actual needs of physical education teaching in primary and secondary schools in the process of reform,and take more targeted reform measures.This study takes the current situation of the teaching content of track and field specialized courses of physical education major in 14 physical education colleges and universities as the research object,and uses research methods such as literature and logical analysis to sort out and analyze the talent training orientation,teaching objectives and teaching content of track and field specialized courses,and takes the physical education curriculum standards of primary and secondary schools,the content of track and Field Textbooks of primary and secondary schools and the professional standards of physical education teachers of primary and secondary schools as the theoretical basis,To optimize the teaching content of track and field specialized course of physical education major in physical education colleges and universities.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The current situation of the teaching content of track and field specialized courses in physical education institutions in China: 1)the training objectives of track and field specialized talents in Physical Education in 14 physical education institutions are divided into four categories,and the service orientation is also divided into primary and secondary schools and various schools at all levels,but the training of primary and secondary school physical education teachers is still the main task.2)In terms of the setting of teaching objectives,colleges and universities also focus on the objectives of theoretical knowledge,sports skills,teaching ability,emotional attitude and values,and mainly cultivate "one specialty and multiple abilities" and "application-oriented" PE teachers.3)There are differences in the distribution of credits,class hours and semesters among colleges and universities.There are also unscientific phenomena in the distribution of class hours,content selection and arrangement of theoretical courses,technical courses and practical courses.(2)The primary and secondary school physical education curriculum standard,the primary and secondary school physical education teacher professional standard and the primary and secondary school track and field teaching content are included and included.The selection of track and field teaching content in primary and secondary schools needs to be carried out in strict accordance with the curriculum objectives of the curriculum standards of physical education and health in compulsory education stage and the curriculum standards of physical education and health in ordinary high schools.The teaching practice should be strictly based on the professional standards of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools.(3)The track and field content selected in the physical education curriculum of primary and secondary schools is mainly "running,jumping and throwing",which mainly trains students’ running ability,jumping ability and throwing ability,and develops students’ speed,cardiorespiratory endurance,flexibility,strength and other qualities.(4)Compared with the practice of track and field teaching in primary and secondary schools,there are some problems in the curriculum of track and field specialty of physical education major in physical education colleges and universities in China: there are not enough requirements for the cultivation of physical education teaching ability in primary and secondary schools;Some primary and secondary school track and field teaching content needs to be improved;The content of physical health education in primary and secondary schools is less involved;The development of interesting track and field courses is not paid enough attention to.(5)The optimization of the teaching content of track and field specialized courses in physical education institutions in China includes: 1)the optimization of teaching objectives.According to the practical needs of physical education teaching in primary and secondary schools,the curriculum objectives are refined from the eight dimensions of track and field basic knowledge,sports skills,physical fitness,teaching practice,teaching plan,social adaptation,scientific research and sports morality,so as to make the objectives of various teaching contents more clear.2)Optimize the teaching content.The principle of "knowing the lessons" is emphasized.Theoretical courses follow the principle of "from table to depth",technical courses focus on spiral rise,and practical courses emphasize the combination of learning and practice. |
