With the continuous deepening and strengthening of primary and secondary education reform,the status of physical education in school education is increasing,and the necessity of physical education is also known by more people.The purpose of physical education is not only to improve the health of students,but also to enable students to master the methods of learning motor skills,to develop students' sense of competition and hard work,to cultivate students' confidence in sports and the consciousness of lifelong sports,to sharpen the will of the students to adapt The needs of social development.There are basketball,football and volleyball in the sports test of Jinan City.The volleyball is simple and easy to play.It is very interesting and can be loved by students because of people,place,time and needs.However,the actual teaching situation is not optimistic.The physical education classroom is still centered on imparting motor skills,ignoring the subjective status of students.Only the students have mastered the sports skills as the ultimate goal of teaching,and they do not pay attention to the students' psychological feelings.The group game competition method has cooperative learning links and competition links,which can fully embody the spirit of taking students as the main body and cultivate students' ability of communication and collaboration.The setting of competition links can cultivate students' hard work and enterprising spirit and improve students' movement.Self-confidence,honing the quality of student will.These characteristics of the group game competition law are completely compatible with the requirements of quality development.The Team-game-tournament method(TGT method)is a cooperative learning style as the main form of learning.Under the advocacy of the cooperative learning concept,through reasonable grouping,cooperative learning within the group and then competition or game between groups.To obtain group points,and finally determine the rewards and punishments based on the points of each group,it is a teaching method that emphasizes the cultivation of students' cooperation ability.This paper uses the literature data method to study and analyze the related theories of the group game competition method,and summarizes it;uses the interview method to seek experience from the teachers of the internship school,seek guidance from the paper guidance teachers;use the questionnaire survey method,experimental method,data The analysis method carries out a case study on the group game competition method,observes the practical application effect of the group game competition method in junior high school volleyball teaching,and provides a new method and new ideas for volleyball teaching.The author randomly selected two classes of the eighth grade of the Qilu Experimental School affiliated to Shandong Normal University in Jinan as the experimental subjects,one class for the experimental class and the other class for the control class.The physical quality pre-tests were conducted on these two classes to exclude the interference of physical quality factors on the experiment,and the students were measured with the Sports Learning Interest Questionnaire and the Sports Self-Confidence Questionnaire to observe the interest and movement of students in the group game competition method.The impact of self-confidence.During the experiment,the experimental class is based on the "teacher explanation demonstration-student cooperative learning-student competition-conversion points to determine rewards and punishments" as the main teaching process;the control class is "teacher explanation demonstration-student imitation practice-teacher correction The error-the student re-exercise-the teacher's summary" is the main teaching process.After eight weeks of teaching experiments,the author draws the following conclusions:(1)The group game competition method can improve the students' volleyball pad technique in junior high school volleyball teaching,and plays a positive role in the performance of students in the volleyball practice test.(2)The group game competition method helps to improve students' interest in sports learning in junior high school volleyball teaching.(3)The group game competition method is conducive to the cultivation of students' self-confidence in junior high school volleyball teaching.
