Since the era of globalization 3.0 since 2000,the trend of national development in the era of globalization 3.0 is HIE,the High Imagination Enabling Country(HIE).The important thing is no longer a skill,but a learning ability.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to implement the strategy of innovation-driven development and required higher education to implement intensive development,take the path of connotative development,and require higher education institutions to effectively change the concept of development,establish a scientific quality concept,and regard talent cultivation as the fundamental task and primary responsibility.The talent team is the first resource for sustainable development.The competition in the future society is the competition of elite talents.The current higher education should cultivate elites with high imagination and high creativity,that is,those with deep learning ability.The deep learning research aims to respond to the pursuit of individualization in the globalization era 3.0 and the needs of the society for innovative talents.This study divides the connotation of deep learning on the basis of previous studies,and preliminarily defines the content of deep learning as five The ability is meta-cognitive ability,active communication and cooperation ability,deep processing ability,creative practice ability,learning empathy experience,and based on this,design deep learning questionnaire,and re-evaluate the deep learning questionnaire through exploratory factor analysis.Dimensional classification,determine the specific indicators of the deep learning questionnaire and the connotation dimension of science.Through the descriptive analysis of the various dimensions of deep learning,examine the deep learning problems of college students and conduct in-depth analysis,and draw the deep learning of each university through correlation analysis.The intrinsic relationship and relevance between dimensions.Through differential analysis,this paper finds the factors affecting the deep learning of local university students,andproposes suggestions for improving students' deep learning level from four aspects:teacher teaching,students,teaching system and teaching environment.
