A new round of curriculum since the implementation of reform, the teachingevaluation is paid more and more attention to. The new curriculum standard teachingevaluation should set up diversified objectives, paying attention to students’ personalityand potential development. However, the traditional teaching evaluation mainly uses theoriginal score sum or average classification, it is difficult to pay attention to students’personality development. The method of factor analysis with teaching evaluationdiversification goal, can make up for the traditional methods of teachingevaluation insufficiently. This article selects the Changchun City high schoola month exam achievement of science students in all5subjects as the originaldata and uses SPSS19statistical software,The results show that the methodcan be from different sides to the students’ performance evaluation, reflectstudents’ personality characteristics.
