In recent years,as the incidence of autism in children has increased,we have to start paying attention to this group. As this particular group continues to expand, the birth of children with autism has brought about earth-shaking changes in every family.Referring to the special group of parents of children with autism, the research on their psychological level is mainly based on psychological stress, psychological flexibility and psychological adjustment, and rarely mentions the stigma of the parents of the children.Based on this, this article focuses on the stigma and changes that parents of children with autism suffer at different stages, and their response to changes in stigma. This paper uses the qualitative research method, taking the Shanghai R Child Development Center as an example, and selects 7 parents of children with autism as the research object, through in-depth interviews with parents who have entered the relatively stable treatment stage.Investigate the connotation and changes of the stigma of the parents in the early stages of the disease, the stage of seeking the treatment, and the mid-stage of the treatment,as well as understanding the coping styles and changes of their stigma. The study found that the initial stage of the disease was the most struck and difficult to adjust and leapfrog the parents and the whole family. It was also the stage most susceptible to the public's stigma. In this stage, they were ashamed of the situation.Emotional venting is required inside, and even self-questioning or even negating. In the stage of seeking treatment, compared with the early stage of the disease, the parents of the children are more hopeful. The content of the stigma felt by the parents of the children is gradually richer, and the attitude of excessive care and differential treatment is less sensitive to the outside world. However, the friction and collision when the child is integrated into the ordinary children's group is helpless and injured. The mid-care period is the most stable stage that the parents of the children have achieved so far.The external environment has not changed.Because of the positioning of the special treatment institutions, the outside world has determined the special characteristics of their children, and it is more prone to labeling. However, the parents of the children have played a more diminished role in the process of adjusting themselves.Parents' coping styles for stigma are also changed with the changes in the stigma of different stages. The parents of the children from the early detection of the special refusal and escape from the disease,to the specialization of the treatment phase, accept the reality, then to receive self-acceptance and share feedback in the middle of the treatment. In view of the above research findings, the research suggestion of this paper proposes that at the social level, through the basic pathological knowledge of effective science autism to improve the public's awareness of special groups,it is necessary to promote the relevant management departments to connect the demand and treatment resources,so that Access to healing resources is smoother. At the family level,it is necessary to create a good family atmosphere, enhance the emotional support between husband and wife, and develop an effective network of friends and relatives while working on family science. At the self level, parents of children need to maintain a positive mentality of care, avoid negative internalization of negative emotions, strive to find good methods while facing problems, and meet more challenges in a better state in the mutual support of peer groups.
