A Study On Assessment Of Private Rehabilitation Of Children With Autism Institution

The UN General Assembly passed a resolution on December2008, since then, April2was chosen as the World Autism Day, to raise awareness of autism and related research and diagnostics as well as autistic. With the incidence rate of autism increasing, the number of Children who are diagnosed is increasing rapidly, and the demand of Children with autism rehabilitation highlights. However, the number of public institutions can not meet the rehabilitation needs of the children with autism, so private autistic children rehabilitation agencies have a rapid surge. Meanwhile, people have a higher demand for agencies.In this paper, the assessment index system is mainly composed by three parts of organizational capacity building, level of services and agencies external environment. And evaluate on some specific indicators separately, such as the human resources management and internal management, service process and service effectiveness, as well as government, media, within the industry, the interns, etc.I design questionnaire based on these indicators system, and carry out surveys and interviews to the teachers and parents of children with autism, accordingly, I obtain a large number of assessment data. Combined with the information collected in the internship process by myself, I got the results of a more comprehensive assessment of the organization. Assessment found that rehabilitation institutions for children with autism children named Qi Hui is imperfect in human resources management, internal management, financial management system, etc. The implementation capacity of institution is not strong, the overall management and operation is low, and the quality of service also needs to optimize. The services provided by institution need to be rich, and the scale and venues also need to improve. Supervision improvement assessment mechanism in the service process is not perfect; it lacks standardized measurement tools of the effectiveness of the services. What’s more, the institution’s capacity on integration of external environment for system resources is low. And the awareness of fight for a variety of resources to support the institutional development is weak. Now, the institution’s development is getting into the bottleneck. Institution needs to strengthen their own organizational capacity building, improve service capacity and optimize the external environment, to break the bottleneck in urgent, and finally embarks on the standard reasonable and effective development road. How to change in operating philosophy? How to integrate resources between industries? These are challenges that the institution faced in the future.
