Application Research Of Enrollment Project Management In Higher Vocational Colleges

Higher vocational education is one of the important types of higher education in our country,and it is also an important component of vocational education.It shoulders the responsibility of professional and technical personnel with profound professional theoretical knowledge and solid professional practice ability who are urgently needed in the production,management,construction and service lines for the society.In recent years,the scale of higher vocational colleges in our country has been continuously expanding,and the number of students has increased dramatically,making higher vocational education gradually become the most direct and closest higher education to the interests of the people.How to solve the enrollment dilemma of higher vocational colleges is an urgent problem before us.This topic aims at the problems existing in the current enrollment situation of higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the influencing factors such as enrollment policy,regional economic development,society,the cognitive level of enrollment target,and the internal situation of enrollment colleges.According to the life cycle theory,the enrollment process of higher vocational colleges is divided into five stages:project preparation,project planning,project execution,project control and ending.By using SMART principle,WBS structure decomposition,critical path method,analytic hierarchy process and other theoretical methods,the enrollment project content of higher vocational colleges is analyzed,the enrollment project management plan of higher vocational colleges is designed,the enrollment project management process of higher vocational colleges is designed,and the enrollment project planning,control methods and processes of higher vocational colleges are elaborated.Finally,taking the enrollment project of Shijiazhuang Vocational and Technical College in 2016 as an example,this paper expounds the process of applying the enrollment project management scheme of higher vocational colleges into practice.The actual effect of the application shows that the enrollment project management scheme of higher vocational colleges plays a very important role in improving the work efficiency and ensuring the high quality completion of the enrollment target.The combination of project management and enrollment in higher vocational colleges is a new mode of education enrollment management,which can standardize enrollment in higher vocational colleges and improve the quality and efficiency of enrollment in higher vocational colleges.It can be used as a reference for other vocational colleges to recruit students.
