With the deepening of economic globalization,enterpr:ises are increasingly demanding for applied high-skilled talents.Further deepening the cooperation between colleges and enterprises is the only way for higher vocational colleges to achieve the goal of cultivating talents in line with the needs of enterprises.In recent years,there are many cooperation projects between private higher vocational colleges and enterprises,which has played a great role in promoting the reform of education and teaching.However,in the process of implementing the university-industry cooperation projects,enterprises lack initiative,the funds,of the university-industry cooperation projects are not guaranteed,the relevant policies and legal documents are not perfect,and there are many uncertainties in the implementation process of the university—industry cooperation projects,which lead to risk accidents at any time,thus causing significant losses to the effectiveness of project cooperation.Based on literature research and case analysis,this paper studies the risk management of school-enterprise cooperation projects in private higher vocational colleges.Firstly,through consultin,g a large number of documents,we can understand the basic theory and management process of the risk management of university—industry cooperation projects at home and abroad.Secondly,through in-depth study of the risk problems existing in university-industry cooperation projects,we identify and analyze the risks from the four areas of project cooperation foundation,project operation and management,project social benefits and project social effects.Fifteen secondary evaluation indicators are selected reasonably,and the risk evaluation index system of university-industry cooperation projects is established.Based on the theoretical knowledge of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evalua,tion method,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for risk evaluation of university-industry cooperation projects is constructed.Next,combined with the case of university-industry cooperation projects of A College and B Enterprise,the model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate private colleges and universities.According to the evaluation results,FMEA is used to formulate the risk countermeasure table to reduce or prevent the hazards of the project.Finally,this paper puts forward some safeguard measures based on organization,quality and law,in order to improve the risk management ability of Private Higher Vocational Colleges in university-industry cooperation projects.
