Investigation And Countermeasures Of The Current Situation Of The Cultivation Of Postgraduates With A Master's Degree In Physical Education In Shanghai Normal University

Since the enrollment of professional sports master's students in China began in2009,the number and scale of enrollment have been growing rapidly in line with the market demand.After ten years of development,the country has undergone continuous reform in the cultivation of postgraduates.From the initial emphasis on theoretical knowledge to the current emphasis on the cultivation of comprehensive and applied sports talents,the status and recognition of professional sports masters are also constantly improving.Shanghai normal university attaches great importance to the cultivation of postgraduates majoring in physical education.Since the school of physical education of Shanghai normal university opened and enrolled full-time postgraduates majoring in physical education in 2011,physical education teaching,as the only major for postgraduates majoring in physical education of Shanghai normal university,has been increasing its enrollment.As the opening time is not long,there are still some problems in the training process,which need to be improved.Shanghai normal university also attaches great importance to the cultivation of postgraduates with professional degree in physical education.Since the school of physical education of Shanghai normal university opened the program for postgraduates with professional degree in 2011,physical education teaching,as the only major for postgraduates with professional degree in physical education of Shanghai normal university,has seen an increasing enrollment,especially in the past two years.Due to the short opening time,the training is in the process of continuous exploration and development,and the training experience is also accumulating.However,there are still some problems in the training process,which need to be improved.In this paper,literature,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey,logical analysis and other research methods were used to select 2016 and 2017 professional sports master students of Shanghai normal university as the research object.The current situation of their training was investigated to find out the existing problems and put forward development countermeasures.The important conclusion is:1.The training objectives for postgraduates with master's degree in physical education in Shanghai normal university are elaborated in detail,but the emphasis on skills is somewhat deficient.Professional master of physical education in 2016 and2017 have a relatively good understanding of the training objectives.In terms of the abilities that should be paid attention to in the training objectives,the emphasis is not accurate enough.The consistency of training objectives and social needs should be strengthened.The basic form of curriculum still needs to be optimized.Although postgraduates have a high opinion on the importance of courses and teachers' satisfaction,there are still some problems in the curriculum setting that need to be improved.2.The professional degree postgraduates of master of physical education in Shanghai normal university are satisfied with the scientific research level and guiding attitude of most of the instructors,but there are still some individual tutors whose scientific research level needs to be improved and their guiding attitude needs to be changed.The communication frequency between some tutors and graduate students is low.In the writing of graduation thesis,there are still some problems in the writing of graduation thesis,which affect the quality of thesis writing.3.Postgraduates of master of physical education in Shanghai normal university believe that they have a good command of teaching skills and attach great importance to teaching skills,but their teaching skills still need to be improved.Most of the internship channels are self-contact.Graduate students encounter some difficulties in the internship process that need to be solved,and there are still some problems in the internship that need to be improved.4.The admission system for postgraduates with master's degree in physical education of Shanghai normal university is generally recognized,but there is still room for improvement in the second-round admission system.In the second-round examination,it is necessary to increase differential admission and assessment of teaching skills.The enrollment system still needs to be improved,and the quality of students needs to be improved.Solve the problem from the root so as to better achieve the training objectives,high-quality completion of the training task.Most of the graduate students are optimistic about employment,but still need employment guidance,employment guidance link also need to increase.5.Shanghai normal university of sanda sports master
