At this stage, more and more studies have shown that the cultivation of learning quality is of great value to the development of children's cognitive skills and academic achievements.Persistence is an important part of children's learning quality and is considered to be more than intellectual and academic in today's era.Achievements and other indicators that are more predictive of individual success.Relevant research at home and abroad shows that the persistence of young children mainly includes the ability to concentrate attention,anti-interference ability and ability to cope with setbacks. Moreover, through research, the development of children's persistence is closely related to children's play board games. Therefore, this study mainly explores whether board games can effectively promote the development of 4-5 year old children's concentration,anti-interference ability and ability to cope with setbacks. This study selected a chess class in Jiading District of Shanghai as the S kindergarten of the garden-based curriculum.A total of 102 children in the middle school class were randomly selected as the research object. Two classes were used as the experimental group and two classes were used as the control group.First, before the board games intervention, the persistence level of the two groups of children was pre-tested;then,eight board games were carried out on the experimental group, while the control group maintained the original normal life schedule and curriculum;Last, the adherence levels of the experimental group and the control group were post-tested,and the persistence level of the two groups of children was delayed after 12 weeks to investigate the delay effect of the board games intervention. This study measures the persistence of young children through experimental methods.Research indicates:1.The 4-5 year old children insist on the longest time in the anti-interference ability task, and the shortest time in the task of coping with the frustration ability;the4-5 year old children have gender differences in attention ability,anti-interference ability and persistence total score, the girl is persist in time slightly longer than boys;Through the intervention guidance of the board games, the duration of the persistence of the three adherence measurement tasks in the experimental class and the control class is significantly different;2.Through the intervention guidance of board games, the difference betweenthe experimental group and the control group in the persistence of the three persistence measurement tasks is significant, indicating that the intervention effect of chess activities is significant;3.The scores of the experimental group children in the persistence delay measurement after the intervention stopped for 12 weeks were still higher than the control group, indicating that the intervention of board games had a certain sustained effect.Compared with the prior research, the research conclusions of this study further demonstrate that the board games can improve the persistence level of the 4-5 year old children through the three dimensions of attention ability,anti-interference ability and ability to cope with setbacks, and put forward corresponding educational suggestions. It mainly includes: paying attention to the novelty and suitability of chess activity design;helping children to clearly observe the rules;reasonably setting competition and cooperation scenarios;paying attention to game sharing and feedback.
